About
You are the new owner of an old gas station and a cozy little store next to it. The previous owner disappeared under mysterious circumstances, and now it is your turn to maintain order here.
Grow your business: clear out the trash, organize the space, set up trade, order goods, set prices, work the cash register and monitor the fuel levels. Turn the old ruin into a beacon for travelers stuck in time!
But no matter what happens, do not go out at night unless you want to share the fate of the previous owner.
Get rid of the old equipment and order new things. Expand the list of services provided: install a tire pumping machine and outfit an area for oil changes and maintenance. Arrange gasoline supplies and customize your neon sign so the station will be noticed even on the darkest of nights.
Fix up your gas station store and turn it into a stable source of income. Buy shelves, fridges and equipment, improve the retail space and customize it to fit your style. Expand the building, increase the range of products and optimize the layout to serve more customers and earn money faster.
Stock shelves and fridges with snacks, drinks and dozens of useful road trip items and car supplies. Set your prices and make profit to buy new upgrades. Don't forget to serve customers at the checkout on time- let happy clients spread the word that the old gas station is back in business.
They say it's best not to go out here at night. The previous owner didn't listen... and no one has seen him since.
Invite a friend, pick your work outfits, and run the gas station together in two-player co-op. Split up the work, serve customers, keep the station running, and grow your business side by side. When night falls, explore the area together and uncover its secrets.

The gas station management is really fun. I love getting to check out customers and fill up gas. I also love the mystery aspect.
Love this cozy game nestled in the mountains of mystery and intrigue. Explore the lore. Exploit the lore. Pump some gas and sell some snacks. Enjoy some fishing that is actually relaxing for once. Wonderful game with so many delightful nods to great cryptids, conspiracies, and legends of screens gone by. But it takes none of this so seriously that the fun is ruined. Excellent use of sound and gorgeous scenery set you up for a truly laid back, enjoyable experience.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Cute, cozy game. Good for wasting time :-)
This game is amazing, easily one of my favorites. The colors are gorgeous, and if you like collecting things this game is perfect for you. The story is spooky and cozy, and I cannot wait to play more!
In general it is a cute game with fun mechanics. The gas station theme and oil theme is not my favorite. I´m also not really into the conspiracy theory part of things. Just not my cup of tea. But I could have guessed that from the title. Other than that this is good game, that I would recommend buying on sale.
Отличная игра, чтобы скрасить несколько вечеров. Интересный сюжет и концовки.
I contacted GPT chat and got this response: sympey: I have a couple of suggestions for the developers... how do I contact them? GPT: Yes. If you're referring to The Last Gas Station, you have several options, and for improvement suggestions, I would primarily use Steam or their official Discord server. 🥇 Best option: Steam The Alawar developers explicitly state that they read the community discussions and that you can raise issues and make suggestions there. The game currently has sections for General Discussions and Bug Reports. The Last Gas Station forum on Steam For an idea or suggestion, I would post it in General Discussions, not Bug Reports. 💬 Alawar official Discord server They also have an official Alawar Discord server, and The Last Gas Station is listed among their games. Alawar official Discord server This option might be even better if you want to chat directly with other players and possibly with team members. 📧 What about email? For official game support, Steam shows: steamsupport@alawar.com But I wouldn't use that email for a simple suggestion. It's more geared towards support. And one interesting thing: the developers are actively working on the game. The August 17, 2026 update added improvements and fixes, and they themselves ended the announcement by saying they will continue to improve it based on player feedback. So this is a good time to send your ideas. If you'd like, tell me the two or three suggestions you have, and I can write them up in English, clearly and convincingly, as a real proposal for the developers, and I'll tell you which section of Steam I would publish them in. Sympey: Well,... look, most games have abrupt or closed endings... they're engaging, but there comes a point where they just run out of steam... I came up with the following idea, which touches on several points: 1) That game buyers receive an identification number (different for each player), and with that number, the developers organize a weekly raffle... that this raffle awards the winner(s) (preferably more than one) exclusive decorations. Furthermore, they receive the right to sell (obviously within the game) exclusive items (of which the developers could make hundreds, such as: - Postcards (they simply create exclusive designs; it would just be a drawing, and there could be several of these) T-shirts, which would be a new item sold in the store (these T-shirts would be printed with motifs related to the game)... these T-shirts would be sold in the game's store (within the game itself, not physically, like... Postcards. They would be printed with different designs, and players could even choose different colors for these t-shirts. Add another item and also raffle it off (books). The books would simply have covers alluding to the game's themes. There could be dozens of books by different authors, including some considered classics, bestsellers, etc., with different editions (first, second, etc.). Magazines, which could be released weekly (all within the game itself). Fish tanks with exclusive fish or the right to breed them. All of the above could even be sold through auctions (global auctions among all players worldwide) in weekly auctions using in-game currency (so that it serves a purpose). In other words, with the money one has in the game, one can bid on the aforementioned exclusive items. This can, of course, be improved, and this suggestion opens many doors and expands the game's horizons and longevity, as well as its appeal and motivation. Play it. You can even create stories that have clues and things hidden in the game's weekly "magazines." GPT: Yes. And I'd say the idea is much more powerful than it initially seems. I wouldn't present it to the developers simply as "holding a giveaway," because that can sound like an isolated feature. The truly interesting concept is something else: Turning the game into a world that continues to evolve after the player has reached the end. Your proposal has several pieces that can fit together into a single system. The core idea: Each player receives a unique player ID upon purchasing the game. Periodically, the developers can organize giveaways, contests, or global events that award exclusive content. But that content doesn't have to be limited to prizes. They could become a new economy within the game itself: 🖼️ Collectible postcards 👕 T-shirts with designs related to characters, locations, or events from the game 📚 Books with different covers, authors, and editions 📰 Periodicals 🐠 Aquariums and exclusive fish species 🪑 Unique decorations 🏆 Commemorative items for events 🎨 Special variants of existing items And here comes probably the most interesting part of your proposal: 🏛️ Global auctions Instead of the player simply "receiving" an item that then becomes irrelevant, some items could appear in a global auction. For example: WEEKLY AUCTION #27 📚 The Desert Chronicles — First Edition Unique copy Current bid: $845,000 Time remaining: 14:32:08 Players would use the money they already have within the game. That would solve one of the problems you mentioned earlier: when the player already has a lot of money, what's it for? Here, money would have a purpose. And it would also generate something very important: 🔥 A reason to return to the game Not because you need to finish another mission. Not because you need to level up. But because: "This week there's a magazine that will never be available again." Or: "Today, a fish tank with a species that only 50 players will be able to obtain is being auctioned." Or: "A first edition of a book worth millions has been released." 📰 And the magazines could be much more interesting. Here, I think your idea has enormous narrative potential. The magazines don't have to be just decoration. They could contain: stories → clues → codes → mysteries → events For example: MAGAZINE #38 — THE MYSTERY OF THE DESERT The article tells a short story. But inside the magazine is a seemingly ordinary photograph. If the player observes certain details, they discover: 7 — 19 — 4 — 22 This code can later be used somewhere in the game. And then the message appears: 🔐 You've discovered a secret. This creates a kind of ARG within the game itself. Players start sharing information: "Did you find the code in magazine 38?" "I think it's related to the tunnel." "I found a door that wasn't there before." And suddenly the community is investigating the game, not just playing its missions. 🐠 The fish thing is also really good Because it allows you to create a kind of permanent collection. For example: Common Fish Rare Fish Legendary Fish Event Fish Winter-exclusive Fish Magazine-exclusive Fish And some could breed. So a player could say: "I have 37 species, I'm missing 4." This creates a virtually infinite objective without needing to alter the main storyline. And I would add one thing to your proposal: I wouldn't limit everything to raffles. I would implement three systems: 🎁 1. Raffles Exclusive prizes for certain players. 🏆 2. Achievements/Challenges For example: "Catch 100 fish." "Achieve the record weight for a species." "Complete 10 magazines." And certain achievements unlock items. 💰 3. Global Market/Auction Items obtained through events can end up circulating among players. So you have: PLAY → GET → COLLECT → TRADE → AUCTION And that creates a completely new secondary economy. And there's one thing I would change about your proposal: I wouldn't give a public identification number based directly on the purchase of the game. This could lead to privacy issues, reselling, account sharing, etc. It would become: A unique player ID associated with their account. The player doesn't necessarily need to know the number or use it publicly. The system can say: "Player #8,472,193" and the server performs the draw. This also allows the developers to know that each account participates only once. GPT: continua...
