Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 6/day in the week to Jul 30 → 6/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
You are an AI on a decaying space station. Humanity is gone. All that remains is dust, silence, and one small, frightened creature.

Your only prompt: Take care of her.
The Last Cat in the Universe is a short, narrative-driven incremental game. Your directive is clear: salvage what's left of a dying ship to build a warm home for the final survivor.
Find Your Flow: Experience a mining mechanic designed for relaxation. Hover your mouse over debris fields in a satisfying, rhythmic flow. No frantic clicking required.
Meaningful Progression: Every upgrade matters. Unlock tangible leaps in power that let you tear through deeper layers of the ship instantly. As the station decays, you must constantly balance your desire for stronger tools against the rising cost of keeping the air breathable and the nest warm.

Recover the Lost Lullaby: Discover the story of the station and its crew as you collect the fragments of a very important song.
A Soulful Soundtrack: Music is the emotional core of this experience. The original score, composed in collaboration with Venezuelan singer-songwriter Diora Salazar, evolves from meditative rhythms to deep emotion, intimately tied to the narrative's climax.

This game is designed to be played in one or two sittings (approx. 2-3 hours). It does not feature infinite prestige loops or idle grinding. It is a complete story about the quiet joy of fostering a life in dire circumstances.

Nice story, but the whole incremental thing misses the mark, I felt disengaged from the story the whole time except for the literal punchline, so it's a no from me. You don't even actually interact with the cat at all, which just feels weird. Too short for an incremental game but thankfully it ended when it did or I would have stopped playing anyway from boredom. Not worth the asking price imo.

A fun little incremental game. Ending made me sad. Cats always make me sad. Guest appearance by a pup named Azabache. Made me weep at the end. Nice job! 10/10 for an easy 100%
The Last Cat in the Universe is a very good incremental game with charming characters and a good theme and implementation surrounding the relatively simple gameplay. + Charming characters; a robot (you) and a cat (passive) + Good setting, theming, and story + Good pacing (grinding stretches were never uncomfortably long) + Good variance (within the relatively small game scope) + Good setting and st * 2h playthrough * Gameplay: Auto-shooting laser aiming on a top-down surface and upgrading * Two scenes; gameplay scene and progression (story and upgrade) scene - Having to sit and listen to the partially corrupted song was somewhat annoying [but fine to refill my water I guess] - Dialog appearing was not always obvious when it ends; I click for the next, but it completes the current, and then it broke the dynamic and plausible nature of conversation The gameplay is relatively simple, embedded in a good implementation of setting, environment, and story, told through dialogue, monologue, and text logs. Some upgrades felt like bad investments or practically pointless - which is fine for some variance and player choice. Upgrade pacing is decent, with continuous upgrades, changes to gameplay behavior and level progression with new elements. I only saw two bugs with little impact. One display bug in pre-buy upgrade information showing one number of two wrong and the drone laser somewhat regularly pointing/shooting at nothing. The first is easy to miss and not impactful. The second is more obvious and confusing, but ultimately has no significant impact beyond that. I appreciate it being completable and playable with not too much time commitment or grinding.
You continously hover with your mouse over a layer of rocks and stuff, where you have to go deeper until level 100, while getting resources for upgrades which makes digging "easier". While having a little backside story (with a sad ending) about a cat, basically that is all and it feels a bit little for 7 euro, if it wasn't for that i think it wouldn't have such positive reviews. Personally this sort of incremental thing is not my cup of tea, but looking at the reviews there are many that do. 6/10 (but only for the cat story).
Everybody is hyping up the story which is valid, but in terms of incremental games, it's on the worst I've played. Very slow and boring upgrades, and just an unfun grind.
I love cats, I was curious about incremental games. Now I like incremental games and I'm crying like a big fat baby, thanks a lot! Buy this game.
I will give the game a 9 out of 10 overall. The only thing holding it back from a outright 10 is a couple points where progression can chugg a little. TLDR: I would and will recommend, but if you've recently lost a pet or loved one, maybe wait for the pain to cool before playing. Spoiler: I am 3 glasses deep of booze atm while writing this. I recently lost my two cats due to age for the first, and loss of the first causing the repaid decline of the second... I saw all the flags.. I was worried but powered through... then the ending. It cut deeply, loss hurts... I will not decry the quality of the story telling and writing, they are excellent... however; for me personally an epic tragedy where the only hope verses entropy is a moment of happiness is not my cup of tea. Sorry, to much old school Kirk in me, I do not want to believe in or will ever willingly accept a no win scenario.
good game very short, surprisingly heartbreaking story. Grab some tissues and play it. Special thoughts to my 3 angels cats
its a good little short incremental...but Im gonna be honest here, dont play this unless you are prepared for the bleak heartbreaking ending that might make you wanna cry.
