This isn't a bad game but after just a couple of hours of regular-play you will have unlocked all the content. For the creative types there's a few more hours of fun in free-play mode in which everything is available from the start so you can design your islands with no restrictions. There are 7 achievements which are fairly easy to get. Not a lot of content but if designing island towns is your thing you'll definitely get some fun out of this. Recommended but maybe wait for a sale.

10/10 chill game with copyright music
Um jogo legalzinho de construir cidades. Não gostei tanto assim mas é bom.
No canım, olmamış. Sıkıcı. Başlarda eğlenceliydi ama kendini tekrar ediyor.
At a discounted price, offers a fun distraction of a game. A few hours and you've completed the core objectives. The lasting enjoyment comes from designing the island (or additional ones). Good game for when you have a short window of time and need a break.
Great upgrade from the original Islander game. Your progress accelerates the longer you play, until you can build whatever you want and decorate your town without worrying about your income. Very enjoyable town-building sandbox. Very relaxed, and super simple to understand if you use the tutorial on your first time playing. 10/10 chill-out game. Edit: There is a bug around the Nature Hater achievement where it doesn't count trees after the first island you start playing on. But if you're looking to get it, re-installing the game and clearing an island (4-5 times) will get the achievement.

If this was a project coded by a high school's "learn to code" class, I'd praise it for being an inspiring start to a career in game design. But it's not; the developer barfed out this incoherent mess of bugs and sold it for money. As such, I'm going to rip it a new one. First and foremost is the story, or lack thereof. Build things on your island, get money, use it to build more things. Eventually, money stops being a concern and you can build however you like. If it was just a sandbox game, I'd be fine with that. "Animal Crossing But It Costs $5" is an okay pitch. Sandbox games don't lock content behind arbitrary achievements in the hope of keeping you engaged. This game tries to be a sandbox game and an idle game while accomplishing neither and frustrating both. Second is the bugs. There are a lot, but just off the top of my head, I can remember 1. animals don't count toward island food production unless they actually appear on the map despite you buying them, 2. things labelled "trees" aren't trees for the purposes of in-game achievements, 3. wooden paths don't merge and connect into a continuous aesthetic flow, and 4. sometimes money just stops coming in or going out. A central mechanic of progress just stops happening. I really tried to get into this game. The music is charming and I like low-stress managers. This should be a home run at discount pricing, but it's not. It's an incomplete mess that belongs on page 81 of Kongregate, getting 4 plays a month. I wasted 3 hours trying to find a real nugget of fun. It's there... for maybe 45 minutes. Don't waste your time or money.
