Rethink human’s dominion in The Invincible: a story-driven adventure set in a hard sci-fi world by Stanisław Lem. Discover planet Regis III as scientist Yasna, use atompunk tools looking for a missing crew and face unforeseen threats. Make choices in a philosophical story that’s driven by science.

It's a good story and a nice game with some flaws. I love the grafiks and art style, the story telling also. I disliked some game design decisions, as forced camera perspectives, stupid acting of the charakter to force some storylines and so on.. I HATE that you cant save yourself, big repetetiv nightmare for every achievemend hunter or if you want to see all endings.. takes hours to revisit for just fractions of difference..
It's hard to judge this game, gameplay-wise its really a basic walking simulator - you walk, you click things, you talk, and try to untangle the plot of game... And here is where it's hard to judge. Because game is based on Stanisław Lem novel "The Invincible" from 1963, basically it's prequel to the book. The story unravels nicely, graphic are also nice - they have this fine retro-futuristic vibe, like huge ships flying through space are just enormous rockets and all tools and equipment look like they were dragged from the 60's but are a lot more advanced. So for story and graphics i'll give 10/10 but gameplay-wise it's a bit boring walking sim so 6/10 at best.

Great adaptation of 1960s scifi, even if it isn't true to the book.
On one hand, it's just a walking sim, but on the other, it's a superbly executed walking sim backed by a brilliant story. The art, graphics and voice acting are top notch. I particularly loved Novik's voice. Also avoids a few of the common pitfalls with walking sims that often turn me off the genre, by giving you just a little bit of freedom. It's quite happy to let you wander around, get lost for a few minutes and miss things. It's still a linear game of course, but those little things go a very long way toward selling the fantasy and letting you forget that you're playing a video game for a few moments. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys classic sci-fi.
Very good!

Przyjemna gra typu firewatch, tyle że w komsosie. Polecam
