At the close of the Iraq War, Special Forces hunting for weapons of mass destruction unearth something far deadlier – a buried Sumerian temple containing a nest of unearthly creatures. To survive the night below, they must forge a brotherhood with their enemies from the world above.

A história do jogo é muito boa, o final é meio nada ver mas vale a pena
very good
Indiana Jones pero de terror con decisiones.
Jedyny minus tej gry to słabe animacje twarzy przez co trudno odgadnąć emocje postaci. Gra ma super plot, postacie do których łapiesz sympatię i tonę akcji.
House of Ashes is another part of the Dark Pictures Anthology. This time, the story takes us to Irak, in the early 2000s, just at the end of the war.. but also much much further back when an ancient evil was unleashed, that still haunts the area when our characters end up in the area. The story that unfolds is decent and interesting and I enjoyed the chearacters. Unfortuneately, the story wants to be too many things at once, and then fails to fully deliver either of the themes it touches. You get a whiff of relationship drama, some present day war experiences, a horror creature from thousands of years ago and an even deeper and stranger story element that I'll leave out to avoid spoilers. It's a fun ride, but I wish the team had fleshed out maybe 2-3 of the themes fully, rather than squeezing in more and more. While the previous title "Little Hope" focused on grief, guilt and growth, "House of Ashes" seems to be centered around loyalty and forgiveness. The graphics are good, sounds are fine. Gameplay...well. There is an awful lot of cutscenes as it's common for this game series, and all of them are unskippable. The Quicktime events are fairly easy even in the challenging game mode, und sadly you must only press very few different buttons. At the same time, the "hold your breath" QTE is awful, especially towards the end. That part is frustrating. Many games screw up right at the end of the game, which was a big criticism for the previous title Little hope from some players. House of Ashes does fortunately not suffer from this issue. The ending felt fitting and logical, and reminds me of action movies. Little hope felt gloomy throughout, whereas House of Ashes brings excitement and curiosity out. The ending does not leave you feeling sad or as if you wasted your time trying to play. Overall, this may not be a perfect game, but it is really solid and I recommend playing it.
vraiment un bon jeu, une histoire vraiment sympatique , juste dommage que je suis aboner a prendre des choix merdique mais sinon j ai grave aimer
Amazing
Good for co-op with multiple endings and unique story.
Upon replaying, I understand why this is considered the best in the series. Most of the characters are solid, including the supporting cast, the villains are cool, choices actually matter and have game changing impacts. Oh, and Jason and Salim are just the best when they are together.
Охренительная игра, как по мне лучшая из анталогии
