Account Progress Lost – High Score & Characters Missing I’m reporting a major issue with my TempleRun2 account where a significant amount of my progress is missing. I previously had a high score of 22,819,187 points along with multiple characters including Usain Bolt Santa gently at several others these were legitimately earned unlocked overtime at some point my progress appears to have been reset or not properly synced and now both my high school characters are no longer showing this represents a substantial loss of time and effort, and I’m asking for this to be escalated and taken seriously and investigated please assist with restoring my high score 22,000,000+ recovering my previously unlocked characters checking for any account sync or data lost issues I would appreciate guidance on how to properly recover my account or link it correctly to prevent this from happening again I have supporting evidence of my score. I can provide additional detail details if needed in the game. Thank you for your time and support. PS I’m using the same iCloud as this one so I know for a fact, something has changed the last recent phones which I had was a iPhone 15 Pro Max and I switched to an iPhone Air.

Favorite game with room for improvement I love this game. I started playing TempleRun2 before it came out. I will say that personally I enjoy TempleRun2 better than one but that is a personal preference. Since I’ve been playing so long, I’ve had a lot of time to upgrade my player and enhance my skills. With that I’ve gained a lot of coins and I’ve noticed that there is a point in the game where there is nothing you can do with your coins (I understand head starts, but I never use them. I’m just not a fan of that feature however, I think it’s cool and useful) another piece of feedback won the same idea is that now that you can’t use coins on anything you have to use gems. I have collected a lot of gems over my playtime however there are obviously a lot harder to come by. So enjoy that this is a feature however everything except for save me. A single used boosters seem to be affordable. After that I noticed that the options start for at least 20 gems for an outfit let’s say. I do enjoy that you can customize characters and outfits, especially how you can change the options for when your coin meter rewards you. I love the different little corners of the game like daily challenges, but also levels. However, there isn’t much incentive, especially for leveling up and I think that would be such a cool and engaging factor of the game. One thing that I love and hope never changes is how the game looks and performs. I love it because I’ve been able to play the same game the same way for over 10 years and I know that when I come back, it will be the same. And while it’s the same. There are options to switch things up like maps and coin skins, which is always fun. Whoever back on the gems if I’m required to spend 10 to 500 gems to unlock a map without knowing if I’ll like it or know what it looks like I won’t. I think that being able to have the choice of having the original interface that works very well and I am pleasantly familiar with. This is a very rare and appreciated feature. I think that having certain settings to change, the game is very nice to give a long time or beginner player new options. To summarize I love how the game is the same, but I think that what happens after you run in the incentives could be very much improved. Thank you for providing my years of fun!

Latest update RUNNERS SELECTION PROCESS MESSES UP BIG TIME NOTE: I submitted this post RBI’s week in response to the recent update (November 2025), but it was published on tee App reviews today as being an edited comment end had your response from four years ago ago. That response did not relate to the current screwup to the App which totally messed up the ability to change runners. Change the associated powers, change outfits, and boosting the powers using gems. This is a system problem associated with this latest update, not something I can resolve by contacting your support people. Your developers messed this up and they need to reverse the change. Choosing runner? I can’t find how to customize the runner, the outfit, and the power specifically set up for that runner. Instead, there are a bunch of runners set up with outfits. However, when chosen based upon the runner, the power assigned to that runner seems to be tied to a specific outfit. It also doesn’t always even end up with the power shown in the images. Further, it appears that we can’t use gems to purchase increases to the power, e.g., I did have Guy set up with gems as his power and I could increase the gem power in increments of 5 instead of 1 gem for each use. Please return to the previous way of choosing, outfitting, and powering up the runners. PLEASE CORRECT THIS CRAZY UPDATE!

“Fun, But Gets a Bit Repetitive” Temple Run is okay, but after playing for a while, it starts to feel a little boring. The controls are fine and it’s fun to try to beat your high score, but it’s basically the same thing over and over. It’s good for a quick game when you’re bored, but I wouldn’t play it for hours. Overall it's a good game

10.000K coins for a head start without a magnet boost? I can’t even collect coins from super speed! Are you seriously gonna charge for 10000 coins for head start and not have any boost magnets with it? It’s a bit expensive and running for 15 minutes doesn’t compensate the charge. 2ndly, about the temple pass, why can’t we just pay it up (the coins needed to get rewarded for a temple pass scrolls) why can’t we just buy it, 25000K coins per rewards, it takes soooo long. I’m losing interest. Let us pay with the coins we already collected not from collecting everytime. Coins are compounding with no use. I have upgraded all my boost. Now what .this is frustrating.

Different lands What happened to being able to pick different lands to run through.

!! Been playing temple run since I was young and I love how they haven’t changed too much about the game, it only makes it more enjoyable. Very nostalgic, love temple run!
