Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

If I'm talking as a TMNT fan, I had some fun running around the city and the Parkour is great. But if I'm talking as someone who wanted a quality and enjoyable game, I'm severely underwhelmed. If you aren't a TMNT fan there's absolutely nothing here for you. The boss fights stink, the levels are boring and dead, the story conclusion is underwhelming, and all the characters are paper thin. The IGN review that gave this a 5/10 was honestly correct. (Wow! Imagine IGN being right!) But also this feels like an early access release. the game is janky to no end, I'm getting stuck in walls, stuff is vanishing in front of me among other things. There's a massive list of issues that would take up this whole review But this game is also full of missed chances. The 1 on 1 boss fights are: Bebop, Rocksteady, Karai and a foot elite. that's literally it. Everything else is either a enemy horde or a stupid gimmicky fight like the giant mouser. I wish that this game would have used the TMNT characters better. A 1V1 verses Koya, Bludgeon, Alopex, Slash or Hob would have been brilliant. The game feels as if it is missing the soul of the TMNT Franchise. Everything is boring, Dead, bland. The characters are amazingly one dimensional, and the overall plot is a bland and boring rehash of past TMNT hits, that basically exists only for an excuse for you to do a bunch of uninteresting fetch quests. Is it fun? At times, yes. But in it's current state I cannot recommend this game. There's just too many issues. And even once these issues are fixed, I don't see the game improving enough to get a score higher than a 7/10. My final verdict: 5/10 TMNT Empire city is a irritating jankfest full of missed chances that 100% overstays it's welcome. It's parkour is great, but sadly the combat is extremely light and the levels are among the most boring I've ever seen. The story is bland and the quests are repetitive and a slog.If you're going to buy this, wait until they fix the bugs. (Also I have about 10 hours in this game, Steam offline does not track playtime) (Played solo)

Played it with some bro's and we had a shell of a time! Sure the game is a bit repetetative and one could wish for a more interactive world. But it looks ans feels amazing! The climbing machanic is awesome, traversing the city as a (probably the best looking) ninja turtle is a pretty sweet high. The story was pretty good and the characters looks amazing. Loved the experience and would love if the game continued to evolve and get more content. Feels like a game made by fans.

As a lifelong Ninja Turtles fan, I wanted to give this a completely upfront look to see if it delivers on that childhood nostalgia. It’s a highly entertaining, fast-paced VR playground, but it has a few quirks to know before buying. What Hits the Mark: The 4 Brothers: You can play as any turtle, and their weapons handle completely differently. Leonardo is the most responsive and intuitive, while Mikey’s nunchucks are fun but harder to block with. Solid Co-op: The 4-player crossplay (Steam/Meta) is seamless. No major network lag or rubber banding during chaotic combat. Boss Fights: Genuinely challenging and entertaining. They actually force you to utilize your parries and dashes instead of just swinging wildly. What Misses: Empty Environments: The surface streets can feel barren. While there's a story reason for it, some ambient NYC citizens would have helped the immersion. Disorienting Speed: Rooftop parkour is fast and fun, but it gets disorienting quickly in tight indoor maps like the warehouse. Quick Tip: Dying in the open world has almost zero penalty—you respawn close by and enemies stay dead. Save your salvaged materials for permanent upgrades instead of temporary health packs. If you have a VR setup and love the franchise, it’s well worth checking out and has earned a permanent spot on my hard drive. 🎬 For my full, detailed video review covering the mechanics, weapon physics, and performance, check it out here: https://youtu.be/SDKUMvDxqcw
HELLS YES. This is everything you ever wanted from a Turtles title. SOLID script. PERFECTLY VOICED. DIFFICULT choice about which turtle to be (when all of them are fun?) AND it's in VR. AND it has thumbstick movement that didn't make sick. I'm legit shocked how much I loved my time with Empire City, I bounced hard from Batman on Quest from stomach concerns, but with Empire City? NO issue. 10/10 best.
It's just not a fun game. If you like TMNT, you are going to have some initial excitement discovering the characters, the enemies, and the turtle lair. There are a few cool easter eggs and interactions that will make an TMNT fan smile. However, within the first few missions, you will quickly notice the poor game design, repetitive tasks and enemy interactions, poor AI, and the lifelessness that is the Empire City. It's a cool concept but it feels like a low effort VR game or an early concept from the early 2020s. It's 2026 and TMNT deserves a little better, IMO.
I bought the game for the co-op, launched it, but co-op doesn't work. We're very disappointed.
This has been a blast to play it really gives you that feel of the old arcade beat'em ups just in first person. I have been playing Mikey to start and he seems to be the character to flail your arms about and win fights which is freaking funny as all get out. I cant wait to play through the game with the other turtles as Dony seems like he might have the most controlled fight pattern along with easier blocking. The story seems great so far and the voice acting is just amazing. I can understand some of the complaints about how the world seems to empty even for new york but the story does kinda say why so it doesnt bug me that much that I dont have to hide from civilians or even rescue some. I do recommend this its fun and excatly what i was hoping for in a TMNT game.
Crashes every few minutes while playing with a Quest 3 wired connection. Game window freezes and artifacts appear all around. I was liking the game when I was able to play it, but until it's fixed (if it ever is for me) I can't play it, so I have to rate it accordingly.
