About
Social and economic conflicts have rocked the world. There is just one metropolis that can boast stability, but even this city only has enough resources to maintain a precarious balance of power. The authorities decided to create an algorithm that could build a perfect city for all segments of the population. This project gave birth to Iris, an artificial intelligence designed for building a utopia. Welcome to Technotopia!
You will have a deck of cards with buildings at your disposal. Build skyscrapers, parks, residential districts and transport highways. It's up to you to decide what the ideal metropolis should look like.

Four factions are fighting for control of the city: capitalists, aristocrats, politicians, and the common people. They will do anything to bend the others to their will, and every decision you make tips the scales. Play the role of arbiter, meeting everyone's needs equally.

A city is a living organism, where something is always happening that requires your attention. Where do you put up fire victims? What do you do with the gang that has taken control of some districts? Factions will offer their solutions, but it's up to you whether to follow them or advance your own agenda.

The city is home to a variety of characters. Hackers, oligarchs, criminals and inventors — communicate with the cream of the crop and provide them with services in exchange for their help in maintaining order. A perfect city is built for people, with the help of people!

Clearly unfinished (most QoL is missing), but still highly enjoyable for the about 7 hours it takes to 100% it, 7/10.
A game where you build a city to please the different factions (not sure about the story, wasn't great and I skipped a lot of it) by placing tiles (bonuses if you respect the tetris shapes) with cards (can't talk about deck building since you don't get a say in what goes in it) and managing your resources. Pretty chill and entertaining for a few hours.
Неплохой градостроительный симулятор. Сюжет как бы есть, но и внимания на нем не зацикливается. Музыка приятная, как и визуальный стиль. Если хотите скоротать время - эта игра для вас. К ознакомлению рекомендую - 10/10.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A fun and fairly addictive tile placing, city building, resource management roguelike. I've unlocked all the achievements and maxed every faction level with 25 hours in, and still find it enjoyable to do a run or two. Would recommend.
Очень стильная и довольно залипательная игра, прямо приятно играть.)
Un bug rend le jeu inutilisable au delà du tutoriel, donc non, je ne recommande pas. :(
Fun game loop! Enjoyable interesting story. Would recommend.
A solid little city-builder / Rogue-lite. The game's got great style. The detail in the buildings is very good. The smooth soundtrack! Play for the vibes!
Awesome little tile placement game. The Soundtrack is unreal!
Puzzle/Ressourcemanagment-game for 5€ It's not much, but it delivered the fun I expected with a little story. Def. worth!
