Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 10 → 4/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Another game that I really enjoyed but can't recommend because it's not being updated anymore and there are some glaring issues that should have been fixed. I really enjoyed the gameplay loop especially when everything goes smoothly, but it turns frustrating when someone is being a Karen and refused to pay for service fee, and then you chose to reject the customer, and your supervisor told you that you are wrong because you should have sold a new phone. Where's the logic in that? Fun core gameplay, unfortunately not maintained.
I really wanted to like this game. I completed two runs. In the first, I tried to play as “wrong” as possible—intentionally giving terrible support to create the most painful experience for customers. That experiment didn’t last long, though, once I realized all the answers are pre-determined, and you can be fired after failing a certain number of tickets. There’s only so much chaos you can actually cause. For the second run, I played the game as intended: solving tech support tickets as accurately and as quickly as possible. Maybe I’m missing something, but I ended up finding the experience repetitive and, honestly, pretty boring. There just isn’t much there in terms of engaging gameplay. Yes, there’s a main quest and a handful of side quests that can be genuinely interesting, but most of the time is spent dealing with tech support tickets that feel completely disconnected from those storylines. From my experience, these tickets serve only two purposes: 1. Making money, since your earnings are commission-based—the faster and more accurately you solve issues, the more you earn. 2. Getting promoted within the company, which unlocks more tools so you can… solve even more tech support tickets. Do I want to see how the conspiracy unfolds? Absolutely. Do I have the patience to grind through tech support tickets that only indirectly push the story forward? Unfortunately, no.

too many bugs, and I couldn't get past indigos first email, and couldn't find out how online
Tech Support Error Unknown at first I thought that I wasn't gonna like it but i bought it anyway... it sat it my library for a couple of years, then i got bored.. and played it, it was pretty good :) 9/10
The gameplay loop itself is okay but obviously repetitive. My problem is the interactivity with the world is so limited. You can, maybe, do some side-work, such as installing spyware, but when the time comes to talk to people it's selecting random commands until you guess the one that moves the conversation along, or replying to an e-mail or not. Combined with how slow the story progresses on top of the frantic pace of the game (really, if you don't have two to three tickets open at a time, you're not going to have a great time) it's just something that outstays its welcome very quickly.
Leider verbugt. Fragen und Antworten wiederholen sich oder stehen in keinem Zusammenhang. Hinzu kommt noch die mangelhafte, deutsche Übersetzung.
Interesting premise but the buggy glitchy nature of the limited responses not matching their documents 'processes' makes the game tedious to play.
on sale it's a great deal a little buggy and jank at times tho
