Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

In a distant kingdom ravaged by war, a King makes his last stand. His show of bravery in the face of certain death gives his beloved Queen and heirs to the throne time to escape as the enemy forces their way into the kingdom to take what they came for by force. And that’s just in the opening minutes. As a fan of turn-based RPGs who grew up on classic Final Fantasy games, I was pretty excited when I was approached by the developer to give my honest opinion of Tales of Vogar: Lost Descendants. The game, which was developed and published by a single person, makes a pretty solid first impression, and maintains a certain level of quality for the entirety of the experience. However, it does have a few issues, so let’s get into the good and bad of Tales of Vogar: Lost Descendants in this review. First, it is worth reiterating that this game was single-handedly created by one person, Torsten Scholze. According to a message on the Tales of Vogar Steam page, Torsten has spent the past fifteen years or so making this game on and off, and it’s clear that the end product is a labor of love, and the result of a deep appreciation for the classic turn-based RPGs that laid the groundwork for his game. After the high-quality character portraits and endearing sprite work, the first thing I noticed about Tales of Vogar was the writing. It’s not always spot on, but it’s serviceable enough most of the time. You have your anime-inspired characters with the kind of tropes, characterization, and dialogue you’ve probably seen before in the small moments, but the overarching story is engaging. Once I was past the opening section and the circumstances of the war between Limor and Vogar began to be revealed, I was engrossed and ready to jump into the next battle. This is good, because Tales of Vogar is absolutely narrative-focused, coming across as almost a visual novel sometimes due to the balance of narrative delivery and actual gameplay, though everything levels out as you progress. And, once you get into the real battles, Tales of Vogar begins to shine. While I did come to enjoy combat, I was initially a little confused about the mechanics, attack order, and how attack selection and targeting worked since the game drops you into the thick of things without anything in the way of a tutorial. However, the systems are simple enough, if a bit lacking in player assurance that they’re doing what they intend to, and I was able to navigate fights just as I would in a Final Fantasy game before too long. The game is clearly assuming that if you’re playing it, you’re familiar with how these types of games work. As an added bonus, I never had to “grind” at any point in order to be strong enough to overcome an encounter. Careful strategy and making the most of character skills were always enough. Overall, Tales of Vogar: Lost Descendants is an RPG experience that is easily worth your time. It’s a passion project for fans of the genre, by a fan of the genre, and the kind of dedication it takes to stick with a project for a decade and a half deserves to be rewarded.

Cute game good story it was fun to play
This game is a captivating RPG with a compelling storyline, strategic combat, and beautiful visuals. The game takes players on an epic quest to uncover the secrets of a lost kingdom, offering an immersive experience filled with thrilling battles and character development. With its engaging gameplay and stunning world, this is a must-play RPG.
Overall, a very fun little RPG. The best part is really the conversations that the characters have with each other. Some were quite funny, and just helped flesh out the characters and their stories. The only negatives were things that were previously mentioned - the story is good, and the game could've been made longer with developing the storyline more. The battles were a bit unbalanced (lots of heavy hitters, and your ability to heal/resurrect is very very limited), but nothing I couldn't manage. Overall, definitely worth playing!
The story line begins with Ascan who lost his memories. That catches your interest right away. The more you play the more details are revealed and your curiosity to get to know more about Limor and Vogar gets bigger and bigger. At the end its a great story with more romance then expected, what I liked a lot. It even contains a kind of lesson/take home message... The characters are very well designed, everyone has a distict feature that is recognisable. The dialogues has some very funny and lovely parts without being too pathetic. The jokes add more serenity in the actually sad story making the play not too serious. The wonderful designs of the outfits and appearance should be mentioned aswell. Many details were put into the different scenes and places. Sometimes I just paused to have a closer look, especially the caves or the icy world. The music fitted perfectly to the scenes and helped making a special atmosphere while playing. I really enjoyed the sounds. Every quest also has its own difficulty and used different kind of "mini game" types. Thats why it didnt got boring at all. Also, the varying level of difficulty made the game throughout exciting. You have to develope a strategy on most battles to win, eventhough you also need a bit of luck. Especially the last quest for the final battle is very cool idea. You can easily see that a lot of efford and passion have been put into the game development and i enjoyed it a lot, even if i am not much of a gamer. Definitly recommended!
A decent game overall, a bit short for my taste, decent soundtrack choices and easy controls, cons of the game are no way to level up since enemies dont respawn and has a forgettable storyline
Game screen freezes about 10 minutes in. Music continues, but the screen will not move forward. The screen freezes. Kind of annoying as I can’t play the game!
Was a great little JRPG, recommend 👌, was perfect to stream! Nice little story not too stressful was fun and very chill! 100%
