Superhero Simulator

Really digging the game so far! You definitely have to give it some time in the beginning as unlocks really help to open up gameplay. Then I saw it has workshop support and the game instantly got that much better! It's been a blast running around as a bunch of different characters from the shop! For the price, I don't think you can beat it. There is room for improvement no doubt, but this is a unique experience that can't be found elsewhere...give it a shot!

this game is really cool but it gets repetitive quickly its still in development so hopefully it improves in future updates

This game has a fairly solid foundation. You actively try to balance your personal life and your hero life. On paper its what everyone wants from a hero game. But many aspects of the game are very unpolished. First, combat. It's clunky and downright boring. You start out with just fist attacks, and you don't even get combos. So for a large portion of the beginning of the game, you just mash the attack button on enemies and dodge their attacks. Second, Hero Scenarios. There's actually not much I can critique negatively here. There are a TON of scenarios, from alien invasions to pedestrians needing to go to the hospital, to hostage situations, to finding cats, and so on. There's a TON of these. But it's held back by the clunky and boring combat more than anything. Secondary, too many appear at once, making it impossible to do all of them, mainly because you simply don't fly fast enough. This part needs attention. You take jobs to earn money between saving people. This is a strong concept, also held back by a very barebones foundation. There's four available jobs, though the pizza one could definitely be a fun fifth if its repurposed. The environment itself is okay enough. Its sort of bland because its just a 3D cardboard city with basic traffic/pedestrian AI. It may have sounded negative, but there are a lot of good things here: - funny villains, and a ton of diversity. - tons of hero scenarios, though the game does too many of the same ones. I'd like the developers to implement weights on their scenarios, that slowly decrease the chances of a scenario happening if it has occurred often, rather than a simple RNG pick alone. - More NPC variety. I heard the same phrases over and over again in the taxi job mini-game. And none of them are thankful for your speedy, no collision ride. Overall, the game doesn't take itself seriously at all. While this is charming and amusing (reminds me of Saints Row), I did get sort of bored with the constant comedic approach. I'd like to see some more serious situations. The hero also doesn't maintain a reputation at all, which besides the city peace level, I'd like to see a reputation level on the hero that changes how people feel about you. It's a decent game and it's inexpensive, so I say yes, give it a try.

Bonne première approche avec ce jeu, il y a du potentiel. On sent le sentiment de vitesse du super héros en vol, la possibilité de tout détruire, en traversant les immeubles en vol. Des missions typiques de super héros et une ville où il y a de la vie. Il y a encore des points à améliorer comme la gestion de la caméra, le contrôle du super héros, avec parfois du mal en verticalité et ajouter des succès Steam. Mais on est sur un jeu intéressant à suivre le développement.
