Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

SNES-style sprites on N64-style tracks. Power-ups are basically what you'd expect. Fantastic karter that keeps improving on itself. No gripes. Just go have some nostalgia-fueled fun.

Great racing game, I main Lilac from the Freedom Planet series. 8/10
i cannot recommend this, since dev rarely updates the game, and has been clear about lacking interest in offering features that could actually make this game attractive for players (ie "online vs" and "steam workshop", so players could add more maps and characters, even if dev is unable to), which could improve sales to have the funds needed to hire help and speed up development, if the main goal was to complete this product. if you want to try a "retro style" kart game that even if a bit shorter, has other interesting features, better performance, and 100% free ("donationware") you could try "nightmare Kart" https://store.steampowered.com/app/2930160/Nightmare_Kart/ maybe also "the karters", because even if it has a small audience, it offers mods, which helps to keep it interesting. https://store.steampowered.com/app/2269950/The_Karters_2_Turbo_Charged/
My Early Access Review of S.I.K.

Note to dev
Hi, dev if your reading this I really hope you add A Hat in Time characters to the game that would be sick please and thank you!
Early Access Critiques
As of right now I know the dev has already been brought to concern of most issues I have noticed personally already in the discussions, but I do still have just a few concerns of my own I was hoping to bring up here that hopefully will help with making this game even better.
Drifting
First off, I feel like the hop to drift mechanic kinda feels a bit off to me mainly in the sense that you do a full jump everytime you want to drift in any direction. What can help make this feel less awkward could be to make it that tapping the drift button makes you do a full height jump, and holding only does half the height, doing this means it should take less time to enter a drift giving players more agency over their drifts. This has been my biggest issue with this game so far, I just find that drifitng feels way too delayed it makes it hard to calculate the direction I want to go without easily over shooting or under shooting which happens really often in higher CCs. Not to mention that when I drift me not being able to control where I go ends up with me constantly hitting walls uncontrollibly.
Physics
I also noticed the physics of karts feel really odd too. For example, when you go off a jump like you do in Runbow, you bounce uncontrollibly, and maybe this is just me being nitpicky but it really makes it tricky controlling where you want to land to get something right after a jump like item boxes or even shrooms for that matter. I find that in many cases the only way to get leverage is to constantly hit walls or just fall off the track which just isn't fun.
Some Minor Notes
I'm not including this in the main review for obvious reasons, but I did want to add that so far with everything mentioned previously this game can be pretty frustrating to play due to the issues such control with drifting which is basically out of my hands as the player. It does feel like 150cc is nearly impossible for now, but I'm certain this will be fixed eventually.
EA Conclusion
In closing, I hope you take note of these with drifting and the physics and make the game even better than it is now. I love the game and playing on 50/100cc is really fun, I look forward to seeing where this game goes in future updates and of course as always I will be revising this review as things change over time.
Gameplay
I found the racing to be pretty fun, the cast of indie game characters is a really cool idea too. The tracks are pretty good for the first half of cups the second half seemed to be a bit generic as they all basically have the exact same theme which I thought was a little boring, but I guess you can't always get away from any racing games without having a small portion of filler tracks to give players more options which I'd say isn't necassarily a bad thing having options is atleast good. Going from the crazy tracks to take a break on a much more simple track can be nice from time to time. I'm curious to see how stats will be handled in this game when that feature is implemented that will definitely change a lot about how this game is played for sure.
It DOES NOT have online multiplayer. Got it by accident from humble bundle.
I got this cheap and I am enjoying it so far but am not sure how much I will want to play it once I have done all the cups. Seems like mario kart for the tiktok adhd generation although this is probably what mario kart looked like to my older family members when I was playing it as a kid.
This is an incredibly amazing game for anyone who loved Mario Kart 64, Diddy Kong racing, and other racing games on the n64. Pulling together several well known indie ips, Super Indie Kart manages to thoroughly impress. This is a competent kart racer game that is 100% calling back to the late 90s/early 00s. There are several tracks that all attempt to capture that level of verticality that Mario Kart 8 introduced. Despite the simple stylings, the tracks are competently constructed and offer colorful, engaging visuals. The game feels snappy and responsive in the ways that it emulates its predecessors. Overall, one of the best kart racers, outside of the big N, that I've played in years.
