I think this game over-delivers on so many things: the movement, the cutscenes, the charm of the game, and so on. Looking forward to finishing the game up and leaving a more detailed review but this game deserves some love and eyes on it.
A very enjoyable platformer with excellent presentation, tight controls and catchy music.
This little dude is like Kirby but even more endearing.

While this game's quality isn't perfectly consistent, its highs are up there with the best. Criminally overlooked.
Early review, but this is probably my favorite score attack platformer. The cute art and banging soundtrack will ensure that a kid could enjoy it. A veteran will find flow in trying to S rank all the levels.
Had a great time. It's practically simple like Mario, yet also innovative all the same. Overworld segments help provide additional context and worldbuilding for a platform game that is both incredibly fair and intuitive.
Baby's first Kaizo game. This game looks like it's made for kids, and while it's definitely kid friendly from a content perspective, it is *not* at a kid friendly difficulty. This is the first game that's really succeeded at giving me the whole "Effort justification" reward that difficult games are known for. The game itself is exactly what it looks like on the tin, though there are some hidden aspects that deserve mentioning. Firstly, there's an upgrade system, so if you're having trouble, you can re-run easier levels and earn upgrades to make things easier. Secondly, the level progression is entirely linear, meaning if you're stuck on even one level, the entire rest of the game is out of reach. That said, I highly recommend giving this game a shot, you'll know well within the 2 hour trial period if it's for you or not.
Fun hidden gem!
Super Dream Dasher is a very fun time. It's surprising how much mileage the game gets out of just jumping and dashing. If you are just getting to the end of each stage, the game is relatively short, but the true fun comes in stringing together combos to achieve the best rank at the end of each level. The cutscenes are cute and very well done. Overall, I recommend this game to anyone who enjoys side-scrolling platforms and squeaky noises from their protagonists.
Its fun. Buy it coward.
