Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Sep 1 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

i love this game. steam deck works great.
Great fun! If you love vampire survivors then I think this is better. Throw in the space sci-fi style graphics, weapons and ship abilities then it makes it even more fun. Tons of ships to play as with loads of different unlockables and styles of play that no run is ever the same. Highly recommended
Can't wait for 1.0!
Gameplay ★★☆☆ – Below Average

Great core Gameplay but needs more polish

★★☆☆ – Below Average

No crashes or major UI issues. The only controller issue I had was that the selection brackets disappear with the controller and requires you to use a mouse to fix it. Not game breaking by any means but something that needs to be fixed. The mission selection is good. There is enough different options to make choosing a path interesting. I do wish there was a way to modify a node or like hit warp turbulence and appear somewhere else or something like that. My biggest complaint is that the mission timer for each mission is to short. Every time you're groving and killin things, BAM, portaled out. Build variety is a real problem. Most of the cards you select are just stat bumps and getting new weapons or specialty weapons is pretty rare and requires you to pick specific paths to get to them(most of the time). This makes it so you are almost always choosing that path. The codex allows you to purchase some more variety but previous statement holds true. Some graphical glitches still occur, mainly around the shields on the ship I did have fun while playing it and listening to an audiobook.
────────────────────
Judgement - 7/12 ★
Most of the negative reviews I've seen begin with "I really wanted to like this game." Well, I really wanted to like this game. I have an "older system" at this point (g11 i7/3080) and it runs fine at 4k resolution (saw a few others with better systems having trouble, not my experience). So the game looks great and plays well, but that's not my problem. My problem is the game hates you, the player. I've played a LOT of the survival-style roguelight games (as most of my recent purchases can attest to) and I struggled with Starforged. First zone or two it seems reasonable: There are some badguy ships, you shoot them in their ship-faces and collect the loot. Sweet. Nice. Get some upgrades along the way of questionable help (one common upgrade I saw was going to boost my damage from 14.2 to 14.2. I guess it was a hundredth of a percent increase and wasn't even displayed). You start with 1 gun and can get up to 3 and it takes a while. Its mostly an auto-battler but you can take somewhat manual control over firing which seemed intermittently effective to me. You quickly learn that EVERY ship out there is faster than you are. They are able to move and reposition anywhere within the battlefield whenever they want to while you are limited by physics and reality. Eventually as you continue on through the map this means that enemy ships are clustered around you constantly, shooting at will and wearing you down. I was only ever to make any appreciable progress with the battleship in my 2 hours of play of the 3 starting ships but the last boss who had 127000 HPs and shields outlasted me. I'm doing between 40 and maybe 120 damage on a crit every few seconds. Its not enough. On top of that they LOVE their environmental hazards. There are zones that cover 90% of space, there are smaller areas that move through the map and others that appear out of nowhere and give you a bit of time to respond to and move, but they get layered ALL over the place. Your shield is pretty reliable, but I only found it to be effective on the battleship (the others were too low to do anything). Hull damage persists between nodes and is repairs are rare. TLDR: This game hates you. Its sad because its quite a pretty game. I don't need this kind of toxic relationship in my life. Refund requested.
This game is really fun. However, you have to avoid some ship upgrades as they tend to tank the game to the point of running out of memory or just plain crashing.
This has been a delight of a game to try out. Old school trust and rotation controls are a joy to get to try with roguelite loadout system. At the price you could do worse.
FTL meets Survivals but doesn't require 30 min for a run. So far, happy with synergies. I unlocked all ships by now and still got a lot left to unlock.
Fun gameplay loop, and solid rouge-like elements!
