Definitely the best Star Ocean in the serie. This is the type of Star Ocean we should have for the 7. The customization system is percect, the story is amazing, the gameplay is addictive and really fun, the graphics are great, the characters choices are so well made where we have to decide before hand which one we want because we cannot get them all which improves the replayability as well as deciding which character do we want to play with that in turns also affect who we can recruit, all these skills and secrets everywhere, the PA events, the music, the combats system is the best, everything is at its peak in this SO2 and this remake made it even better. I def recommend it. One of the best JRPG ever.

A remaster of a remaster feels very nostalgic. The best star ocean game to date and a great one to start with. Heaps of QoL changes which respects the time you put into the game.
50/50 for buying this cuz i can play it in my psp android but still worth it for visual and new heroine to join
Hatte in meinem ersten Durchgang super viel Spaß in diesem Game! Größtenteils hab ich es auf dem SteamDeck im Urlaub gespielt. Story passt, Kampfsystem ist Motivierend, Optik ist knuffig. Wer Rollenspiele mit vielen Anpassungsmöglichkeiten mag, wird hier seinen Spaß haben. (Auch die Schwierigkeits-Stufe lässt sich über verschiedene Einstellungen Anpassen!)
