Its funny how this game has an Anti Cheat now, should of have it since the beginning to avoid all the "cheat" issues and having major false ban. At this point is way too late because the game is dead and the player base is barely to none, even if wanted to party it will be a bit hard due to low player. The game itself it was fun and all but their team was so bad and high on their horse that they just ban people if they feel its right. When asked for proof they would just say a generic statement its because they cant prove it at all. They said they had a system but that said system apparently doesnt work hence why an anti cheat exist now. Even with all the issues i would still play it but because of bad management i wouldnt. As long that team still exist i wouldnt recommand this game at all.
Hi everyone. This incident might be a bit long, but I’d like you all to read it. I am a player who was unfairly banned, though I have since been unbanned. First, I need to explain that the incident took place on the Level 150 map—the game's "end-game" zone—where competing for resources is a necessity. We didn't do this on every map, nor were we griefing new players. The incident happened while I was playing a Weaver class equipped with a "Threat" card; my role was to lure and steal bosses from other parties—a common tactic used by many parties. At one point, I contested a boss against a Chinese party. They took screenshots and reported me in the general chat that we are griefing them. Within ten minutes, both I and a party member were permanently banned for "HACKING" without any proper investigation. We voiced our objections in the general chat, asking why we were banned for hacking. A "Bot Hunter" (a player with a special enforcement role) simply told us to submit a support ticket for review—yet they had banned us based solely on a chat report. After we protested in the chat for a while, they lifted the ban. This proved that the initial ban hadn't undergone any real verification, even though they claimed a thorough review had taken place and sided with their own people. Even though I’m unbanned now, I’ve developed a negative bias against the game. Their review team is completely ineffective, and their community communication is poor. I used to be skeptical about claims of arbitrary banning until it happened to me; now, I agree with those who complained. It makes me wonder how many other players have been banned due to the staff's incompetent review process. They have penalties like bans for us, but what if they are wrong? Is there any penalty for them? There hasn't even been an apology or any form of compensation for this incident —only arguments from a "BOT HUNTER" who didn't seem to be using their brain at all.
I have more than 100 hours in this game, and my opinion changed quite a lot over time. At the beginning, I thought the game was really good. The core concept is interesting, the gameplay can be genuinely fun, and there is definitely potential here. Unfortunately, after spending much more time with it, I find it very difficult to recommend the game to new players. My biggest problems are not even with the basic gameplay, but with the community, support, balance, economy, and overall state of the servers. **1. Almost no useful guides or information for new players** There is a serious lack of proper guides. Builds, equipment progression, farming methods, class mechanics, and other important information are often poorly documented or not documented at all. Most of the time, you have to find another player who is willing to explain things to you. Meanwhile, older players already have a massive advantage, and some benefited from bugs or unintended mechanics before they were fixed. For a new player, this makes progression unnecessarily confusing. **2. Community management feels ineffective** I honestly don't understand what the Community Manager is supposed to do. I often see players reporting problems or asking for help, and the response is basically: "Open a ticket, I can't do anything about it." Of course, some issues need to go through support, but when that seems to be the answer to almost everything, having a Community Manager online doesn't feel particularly useful. **3. Toxicity, griefing, and frustrating moderation** Like any MMO, this game has very competitive players. That by itself isn't a problem. The problem is when players kill-steal, grief you, insult you, call you a noob, or deliberately provoke you. If you eventually get angry and answer them badly, they can report your response, and you may be the one punished. My experience with support in situations like this has also been frustrating. Instead of clearly explaining what happened and why a punishment was applied, the answer can feel like: "Go to the website, read the rules, and follow them." I would expect moderation to consider the full context of an interaction, not only the final message that gets reported. **4. Lag, disconnects, and bugs are extremely common** A huge part of the community discussion seems to revolve around technical problems. You constantly see messages equivalent to: "Is it lagging again?" "Has this bug been fixed?" "Why can't I use this feature?" "Why can't I move?" "I got disconnected in the middle of..." Lag and bugs happen in online games, but here they feel like a regular part of the experience rather than an occasional issue. **5. Regional servers are not really regional** The regional servers seem to be mostly about ping rather than actually separating communities. That means extremely geared, max-level players can move between regions and dominate content intended for the local player base. For example, on the South American server, I have repeatedly seen highly geared players from other regions monopolizing bosses while insulting weaker players. The nationality itself is obviously not the problem. The problem is that there is basically nothing stopping massively overgeared players from moving into another region and dominating its content. There also appears to be a persistent problem with macro and bot users moving between servers and farming content. **6. The economy is in a terrible state** This is probably one of my biggest complaints. Because of the amount of automated farming, botting, macros, and general oversupply, equipment from most normal maps has almost no value. Even equipment from very high-level maps can sell for something like 5,000 currency. This means a new player can sometimes buy an entire basic equipment set for almost nothing without actually progressing through the content. Then you have the opposite extreme. An item is either practically worthless, or it costs 40,000,000+. The items that still have meaningful value are usually extremely rare drops, boss items, or exceptionally rolled equipment. The problem is that many bosses are already being camped, or another option require you to farm materials just to summon them. At around level 140, my normal farming income without relying heavily on the market is roughly 2 million per day. So buying a single 40 million item can mean around 20 days of farming. That creates a very strange economy where most drops are worthless and a small number of rare items are absurdly expensive. Even "perfect" normal equipment has lost much of its value. **7. Eight classes exist, but only a few builds really matter** The game currently has multiple classes, but the meta is heavily concentrated around only a few of them. Why? Because certain classes/builds can solo MVP bosses that would otherwise require three or four well-equipped players. When players see someone dealing enormous damage and soloing bosses, naturally everyone starts copying the same builds. As a result, a huge amount of the game's equipment and build variety becomes irrelevant. What makes this even stranger is seeing players using these extremely powerful classes asking for buffs because their characters are supposedly "too squishy," while simultaneously soloing content designed for groups. The balance doesn't make much sense. **8. RMT is everywhere** Real-money trading is another major issue. There are many external markets where players sell currency and equipment for real money, and spam bots sometimes send private messages advertising websites where you can supposedly buy currency and receive it within minutes. The GMs say they ban people involved in RMT, and I don't doubt that bans happen, but whatever measures are currently being used don't seem effective enough because the problem remains extremely visible. RMT is also connected to the economy problem. When automated farming, botting, and real-money trading become widespread, legitimate farming feels less rewarding. **Overall** The frustrating part is that underneath all of these problems, I actually like the game. The concept is good. The combat can be fun. Progression can be satisfying. I would not have played for more than 100 hours otherwise. But right now, I can't recommend it to a new player. You are entering a game where veteran players have an enormous advantage, useful information is difficult to find, the economy is heavily distorted, a few builds dominate the meta, technical problems are common, important bosses can be monopolized, RMT/botting is very visible, and support/community management often feels disconnected from the problems players are actually experiencing. There is a good game somewhere underneath all of this. I just think it needs much better moderation, stronger action against bots/RMT, better class balance, proper guides for new players, improvements to the economy, and more effective community/support management before I could recommend it.
痾 這麼說吧 雖然一人工作室很厲害 但封測也募資了 正式開賣也賺錢了 卻不捨得升級伺服器 有點說不通了 一周內沒改善的話未來堪憂
Got banned for botting, never used anything like this, the game is garbage and the dev is a scammer, banning people back and forth for botting even if they never used bot, also you cannot refound this, dev is a scammer do not buy this game, just check the reviews a lot of people getting banned by bot without botting at all.
Played this game since it launched until yesterday, game isn't bad but the ones who are managing this game is total trash, they do a lot of false ban and don't have any accountability on their mistake, instead of fixing it they would rather run from it and cut you off from complaining about their idiotic decisions. My account got banned they're claiming I got banned for RMT Selling but I never traded with a single player in this game and yet they made that accusations, no evidence, no proof just a random banning thing they did, maybe just to show they are actually banning but in a stupid way. so do not support this game. The owner Phil and his admins are a bunch of man-child and power trippers.
The servers are so unstable that just being able to play feels like a daily gamble. Bots and hackers are everywhere in every single map. The worst part is their ban system, they constantly ban innocent players (taking 3-7 days to unban them), while the actual bots remain completely untouched in the game. Playing this game feels like begging them to let you play rather than receiving a service. The admins don't care about the players and their management lacks basic logic. If you have all day to wait for the servers to be playable and don't mind getting banned randomly for no reason, this game is perfect for you.
Banned by Terrapin because I asked the devs / cm (not even Terrapin to clarify what the CM's post about RMT meant). Got banned because Terrapin wanted the topic to change or something after no official response was given to me and no I was not spamming the same thing but engaging in actual conversation with the community. This is as someone who bought the game (obviously) and also purchased gems in game for pets / mounts. Msged several GMs / Devs to see if this was correct that someone could be banned for asking a real question on discord and got no response from anyone. 10/10 great GM team that abuses power, would ask questions about the game again.
Finally managed to reach max level. About to start experiencing multiplayer co-op content The account was suddenly locked out of trading. Cannot trade with the player Cannot use the guild warehouse Cannot use the exchange to buy or sell. It's no different from a single-player game. After filling out the official reward form, it just vanished into thin air. No response at all. The reason for locking my account hasn't been given to me. There’s no basis either, and it hasn’t given me anything. No solution was given to me. He even completely ignores me. Because of the support for the game and the team. I also bought quite a few fashion looks. Everything I put in is treated by the game team as trash and trampled on. For someone who sincerely supports the game team. That's exactly how you treated it. You are a terrible and vicious team. People who see this content Think it over carefully. Maybe you're the next one. In this game Players are completely unprotected.
It's not recommended to play this game. There are only RMT players and bots left. The original players have all been false banned.
