Good game I love racing cross worlds but for some reason it won't run

i bought cross roads a few days ago as a major sonic fan since the late eighties/early nineties...,for me its a big risk buying games; i have severe classic autism and mild intelectual disability which are both acutely limiting in gaming,in areas such as having slow infomation procesing speed, slow visual procesing speed, slow reaction times, poor memory retrieval etc. however in terms of acessibility-cross roads is no FORZA horizon 5 or 6 but it does have some settings for beginners which can be taken advantage of. Cross roads isnt and will never be a kart sim.if you want a kart sim, look at KartKraft , i have it,very good to play with sim like pysics. however,enough being down about cross roads,this is sonic at his best speed with lots of old loveable characters you can play as (even if you are getting just the standard crossworlds like i did) ,i absolutely love the main character from nIGHTs on the sega saturn,and it brought back fond memories with all the music and sound fx perfectly included. what you get is a cheery, colourful,quite often beautiful complex backgrounds,but if theres a lot going on expect sensory overload. ive been out most of the time so havent been able to give a long bash at it, but i do really enjoy cross worlds and the fact that it can reach players of most abilities.

Remove denuvo and this game would be peak perfection

Fun enough but some weird choices. There are 42 racers but you'll only ever see the core 19 in races, less than half the roster showing up. None of the season pass DLC racers (not even the deluxe edition Amy, Tails and Knuckles) will show up unless some one is playing them, and they mostly have no voices.

I returned this game because of the insane difficulty spikes and the ultimate reason being that the DLC characters do not speak, you cannot race against them, and they are way too expensive without a discount. I may pick it up again when the DLC characters are fixed because the games shows promise but I do not want to waste my money on something that feels incomplete.
