Started the game and 6 hours disappeared. If i hadn't looked at the clock i'd be a lot more tired today. The tutorials are fantastic, and the community seems very welcoming. The tome of knowledge is accessed on the top right of the user interface and explains so, so much. Feels a little like Anno in managing populace in the early game, like having enough food for everyone and people complaining about nonessentials like "clothes" or "homes". Wah wah wah, chop the wood. Native ultrawide 5120x2160, great visuals and performance so far up to 50ish pop, you can blink and miss how quick the autosaving is (at least this early). The music is AMAZING, the vibes are phenomenal, first builder where i haven't made my city a straight up grid and the road systems makes it fairly easy to get the diagonal paths.

Dwarf fortress vides, but with a grand strategy side to the game. Wonderful. Can't believe there is one developer. Soundtrack is amazing.
