A short medical simulation horror game with multiple endings where the imperfect are made HAPPY. Perform tasks and operations on sedated patients to fix their defects before submitting your files to the Ministry of Happiness & Peace!
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. The player count below is how many people own it, not what they spent.
About

It’s your first day on the job as a fixer-upper, meaning it’s up to you to get the citizens of [REDACTED] back in tip-top government-approved shape and ready to work!
Fix their broken limbs, close their wounds, remove any unsavory marks, and most importantly, make them smile! Remember - there are many expressions the human face can make, but there's only one that matters to us!

If you make too many mistakes, it is you who may need to be fixed next...
Best of luck, and don't let us down!

I. Take a look at the patient file. All you need to know will be there!
II. Inspect the body for defects. It’s important you catch all of the patient’s defects to put in their file.
III. Fix the patient. Using the many tools at your disposal, fix all the defects you can.
IV. Make them HAPPY! Take the pins on the pincushion and fix their expression.
V. Fill out the Patient Defect Status sheet and turn it in at the terminal. Well done!
CAUTION: Any Rebellion Symbolism must be IMMEDIATELY removed. Do NOT interact with them unless to discard and, if anything is requested of you by our patients, do NOT follow it. Any and all directions come from the Ministry only; there is no other authorized personnel beyond our voice in your intercom.
Happy Fixing!

ну игра прикольная немного страшная когда смотришь в лицо типо в душу тебе смотрят так что пойдёт
This game is painfully generic. It does nothing unique with it's story, the visuals feel practically copied from other indie horror games, and the gameplay boils down to repetitive minigames. I got the normal ending and the good(?) ending. I honestly can't tell because the two endings seemed identical. This game is overall just the same thing you can find everyday on itch. The only thing it really has going for it is that it's free. I feel that justifies the short run time but the little game that's there isn't even enjoyable.

This was fun!!!!!! Even though we're given such a short window of time & gameplay, the premise and atmosphere begs the player to question outside of what's seen: It makes you so curious about the people you're performing surgery on and the world they (and the fixer-upper) live in. The artstyle and atmosphere are DOPE and the gameplay is super fun too (though that does sound wrong...). All in all, a super cool, dystopian, uncanny valley-looking (+free) game! I wanna 100% it so bad but the anti-anti-malware one is SO HARD. I'm expecting some super kewl stuff from Pixel Poxet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A short but memorable experience, I loved every single minute of it. It has this wonderfully creepy 'uncanny valley' aesthetic with a dark, dystopian atmosphere. Gameplay can feel a little clunky when handling items and managing the inventory, which can slightly disrupt the immersion. Other than that, amazing game, would pay for an extended version.
