I played the new stuff, but I felt like it heavily took away from the allure of the mystery that is Slender Man. I also think that the visuals look nice, but the older and rougher look of the game made it look a bit scarier. It was still fun to read the notes in funny voices and blind the chaser in the abyss. My favorite let's play of this game has to be Markiplier's whole series.

I love it. 9/10
It's a classic viral spooky good time. Sadly. don't bother with the 10th anniversary version, instead just stick with the 2015 build. I know there's an immense amount of work that went into the UE5 update but the vibe just isn't right; the game is genuinely less scary and unsettling somehow. Maybe that's the nostalgia of playing this with some friends one night in 2014 and then coming back 12 years later to play it fully, but I don't think that's the whole picture. I had a good time with it. Achievement hunters beware, Slenderman is a cheating a**hole, but don't let him get you down!

Раньше думал, что это одна из самых страшных игр, что существуют. Перепрошёл и офигел от того насколько она сырая и коридорная. В общем, ничего особенного, обычный инди-хоррор, на пьяный вечерок пойдёт, но ничего особенного, считайте что обзор нейтральный.
