You best pray to the RNG gods for a good run. Otherwise all you're in for is frustration. After having played more hours, yea, this is still a luck dependent exercise in addictive frustration. I got it on heavy sale, so unless its on that, stay tf away
Honest its not for me. I dont love it but i dont hate it.
I know this is one of the most well-regarded roguelikes, and while it is pretty fun, I don't think the ascension loop or drive to beat it with other characters is present for me here. After having cleared the game once with my preferred character, I don't feel much desire to do it again.
Trash woke company. Besides hiring Anita Sarkeesian as a consultant for Slay the Spire 2, they're also censoring Slay the Spire 2 reviews that mention Anita Sarkeesian. It's not enough that they're a woke company aligned with what is among the most disgusting things in humanity, they're also engaging in censorship. Boycott this trash company.
全キャラ初期クリアまではいけました。そこから縛りプレイになっていくのですがただの運ゲーです。とてもいいゲームだと思いますが、他のレビューやノートに書き連ねるほどはよく感じていません。
The game that started a whole trend of roguelike deckbuilders, and that still stands at the top of them. A good roguelike game essentially needs a balance of depending on two things: - RNG to make every run feel different, and to make you have to work with the choices the game gives you instead of relying on strategies that you can make up beforehand. - Player skill to make every win and loss feel earned instead of just a result of luck, and to make the player able to constantly improve. Too much RNG dependency, and the result of the game will feel like a case of luck, some runs feeling unwinnable and others just lucky. Too much skill dependency, and the player will be able to force out a win regardless of what the game offers when they get good enough to know what works, and runs will start to feel samey. The reason I mention this, is because I feel like StS has almost the perfect balance between those two elements, it has the exact right amount of RNG to make every run different, and the exact right amount of skill to make you always feel like you can improve further. This makes it very replayable, every run will keep feeling fresh and you will still be getting better even after hundreds or even thousands of hours in the game. Most other roguelikes will lean too heavily in one direction or the other, while StS gets the balance just right. This is the real strength of the game, and what puts it above others in the genre. It makes it satisfying to keep playing for a long time.
Грати менше 20 годин взагалі кайф. Дрочиш гру довше і починаєш безпросвітно душитись
Oyuna Fang Yuan ve Klein Moretti modu yapmışlar. Anında 10/10 luk bir deneyim oldu benim için. (2. oyunada port yapacaklar modları)

You are insane. You included an unstable, unreliable and unbearable figure among your team, during the development of a sequel to this piece. You knew she was not welcome, yet you still did what you've done. This is not off-topic as that dangerous person may very well interfere with future updates on this game. Peace to all kinds of love and games, but not those who fly the flags while killing off her own kinds.
