Skip-Bo™: Solitaire Card Game

Cards are NOT random at all If you’re a lover of the real Skip-Bo game, you’ll probably hate this version. You play against bots that play a specific pattern with a deck of cards that is not AT ALL random, not even in the slightest bit. If you’re one card away from winning and they haven’t even played from their deck yet, just wait! Believe it or not, they are one draw phase away from clearing out their entire deck. Happens too often. The app developers need to go back to the coding and at least try to make the draws random. What is the point of playing when you always get exactly what you need, or the bot only ever gets exactly what they need? Have the app developers even played with a real deck of cards??? I honestly doubt it.

Hi I loved it cause I’m soooo goood

Ridiculous Amount of Ads I love playing this game but there is a ridiculous amount of ads. There’s an ad before a game, there’s an ad after a game, there’s even an ad during a game! When I’m playing in offline mode, an ad will randomly pop open some temu website in Safari. It’s like the developers are trying to annoy me into paying to go ad-free.

This app is very calculated Between both the adventures side and the actual playing side it’s a complete hoax. The way they have this game set up you have to pay for everything to even have a chance at winning/advancing. It’s a real bummer because I just want to play skipbo but can’t because it’s impossible to get enough coins, and it takes so many coins to play and then you don’t make enough coins when you actually win. On the flip side if you are looking for a nostalgic game, go play Rummikub, they have this game set up perfectly with just the right ads vs how many coins it takes vs what you win when you play against people. This app isn’t set up for that.

Skip-Bo It would be nice if the game wasn’t rigged against you every time you tried to play. I can’t tell how many times I don’t have the opportunity to get rid of my first card on the deck while the cpu can do 4 or 5 moves a turn.

Fun but frustrating I really like this game, but as has been mentioned before, the game can be frustrating, at least when playing offline as I tend to do. I certainly don’t expect to win every time, but it does feel like the computer players have remarkable good luck when drawing cards. Sometimes it almost feels like they have extra cards up their virtual sleeves lol I still play, but if I being honest I don’t play as much as I used to. I don’t mind losing my share, but sometimes it does feel like you’re playing against a stacked deck.

It’s not Skip-Bo The apps name is “Skip-Bo…but you can’t even play actual skip-Bo without playing some other childish number matching game and earning coins to be able to spend on matches. The animations are great, the art work is great, the themes are cute…I want to play skip-Bo without having to earn coins or buy them. Change your name if you want the primary focus to be that weird counting game. At this point there’s no reason for me to even keep the app because I play a match and then have to wait forever for the free coins to reset…which is only ever enough to play 1 more match.
