Just watched Angory Tom play this on youtube and had to pick it up! This is a fun game. Really good job, if anyone is remotely thinking about picking it up you absolutely should. Highly recommend. There's a pleasantly surprising amount of depth to the strategy in terms of viable trade-offs you can make. I've played a ton of Starcraft 2, so it was really satisfying to see my zerg economic focus paying off, or being punished, by different AI's accordingly. Highly aggressive AI's like the Jungler/Industrial ones, can punish your greed if you're not careful. I think I found those 2 to be the most interesting AI's, since the Industrial one was essentially what I would do, except not as many towers. The Jungler was an interesting rush strat, ostensibly far more viable than trying to build portals early. The basic towers are quite strong & cheaper than a skelly portal, and since they one shot skellies and fire at a rate faster than they can be amassed, it's extremely easy to turtle, and generally difficult to break through. Although, if you've invested in portals and they've invested in turrets/econ, and you drop a Cultists, well, it's a bloodbath. I also really like that you can sacrifice your own health in the early game to force mana to spawn, it lets you take risks to boost your econ and expand quickly. It's also fun that, since skellies always head towards the opposing Necromancer, you can set up some aggressive turrets on on side preferably the one a far away from wherever they're expanding their economy, and then quickly go drop a bunch of portals on that other side, and then run back do your own econ behind your turrets. Their forces won't be able to break through, and since they're trying to get to you, they also won't be pushing against the skellies pouring out of your portals. Then drop a Cultist and instantly win lol. Minor Criticisms - Note, none of these are dealbreakers, these are just tiny things I noticed or me trying to find something to nitpick. 1. I will say, having to cycle through the list of structures you can place is a little rough. 2. No remapping controls is also rough. Number keys is sorta okay, but given how slow you move you kinda need to keep moving all the time, which means reaching the number keys is a little annoying. 3. It'd also be nice to have an option that made it so you could only place structures by hitting space (or w/e your build button is), instead of also sending the command to build them when you try and quick select them via number keys. 4. Tutorial feels a bit restrictive in how hand-holdy it is, I know I'm supposed to do the thing, but I'd maybe also like to be free to do a little bit more of the previous step before I'm forced to do the next one. Or I'll try doing it, but once wasn't good enough and there's an invisible amount of times I actually need to do it to progress the tutorial steps. Also it's a little annoying that the message box takes up most of the screen and never goes away. 5. That's all I could think of. God, this game is fun lol. I usually win by using a ghost to force mana to spawn before the 2nd harvest pops, going pure econ, and then as soon as the AI starts sending units my way, I take aggressive positions with turrets and continue maxing my economy behind them until I'm making more mana than I can keep up with, then I switch entirely over to producing units/territory wars. I want to experiment with some builds that involve a more classic kind of, zerg swarm approach? But idk if early portals are viable, maybe if I try spreading them out....or dumping a line of them on the edge of the map? hmmm Fantastic work, very well done. :D

pretty cool. cheap. limited solo content, but enough for a bit. pretty fun with friends.
This is a cool game. It's a condensed RTS that feels well balanced and is designed to emphasize ease of play. It's been enjoyable working through each of the different bots and I'm starting to play through the roguelite gauntlet mode. I wish the game had a few more units and buildings to experiment with, but what's here is a lot of fun!
Good fun Solo, Noticed that the AI kinda sucks in the gauntlet mode (uses too many of the tree dudes, causing them to be beat by my primary strategy, make a giant line of crossbows across the top of the map)
sou o primeiro BR a jogar o jogo, pois nunca vi ninguem BR jogando, mas o jogo é sensacional, simplesmente incrível, totalmente recomendo comprar
(Follow my curator for more reviews like this) Decent little mininmalist RTS where you're a skeleton lord fighting other skeleton lords in symmetrical battles. Both sides start with a couple of trees (which generate mana, the only resource) and a couple of towers. Each game starts with the same setup, but different AI settings provide a bit of variety. There's also local hotseat multiplayer with one player on keyboard and the other on mouse. You can build trees to get more mana. It has to be harvested by walking over the trees, but you can upgrade trees to be self-collecting to provide an automatic revenue stream. Towers shoot at incoming enemies and are important to defend your base. Skeletons are your basic offensive unit that walk towards the enemy base and try to wreck it. Pyramids slow down nearby enemy units and can be fed mana to create weak but fast flying units. The game's basic rules are very simple, but it still manages to offer some tactical variety. I managed to defeat an enemy with an offensive tower rush, for example, by placing towers so close to his base they could shoot at the enemy lord (I also caught some damage from his towers in the process, but it paid off in the end). It's a fun little game that you can return to for a quick match again and again, perfect coffee break game.
An Indispensable local competitive game. Ranks with Nidhogg and Gangbeasts as my go to couch versus. Complex enough that iterative games are engaging but simple enough that you can toss someone a controller without having to prime them. It's rare to find a strategy game so unapologetically quick, however you will find that matches between two skilled experienced players can go on for longer than you'd think. Gauntlet Mode provides for pretty solid single player but the true joy of this game comes from having a quick tournament with some mates, or just taking it in turns to try and beat your one friend who has too good of a handle on it. Final thoughts: ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ soundtrack, insane bang for your buck, Mischief Night is best color scheme, SKELETONS ADVANCE
Very surprised about this game. It's a somewhat strange mix between RTS and turn-based combat, with a sprinkle of a MOBA, while removing a lot of the clutter to streamline the gameplay. And it works somehow. It has very interesting buildings and upgrades, with enough variation to allow for different strategies. So far I've found a couple of strategies that allowed me to beat several difficulty levels, though I haven't fully discovered the optimal use of some units yet. Looking forward to continue playing this game.
玩不进去,兵种走位很呆
simple but addictive, a little suggestion on control though... WASD control with QE is a cramping layout... can it be for example WASD plus OP??
