Manage Hell. Manipulate the Overworld. Build the resurrection business of your dreams! In Sintopia, you’re tasked with managing the bureaucratic administration of Hell: “re-educate” the sinful, generate profit, play god and expand your hellish empire. All part of a day’s work at Hell Incorporated.

Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

About
Hell is full. Bureaucracy is eternal. And you’re in charge. Sintopia is a darkly comedic strategy and management sim where you run the underworld’s most dysfunctional punishment facility. As a freshly promoted middle manager of Hell Incorporated, your job is simple: “re-educate” sinners, resurrect the worthy, and turn eternal damnation into an optimized business machine.
Build sin processing facilities, perfect their automation, manage hellish “imployees,” and maintain a thriving Overworld… or show the Humus who’s really in charge by flexing your divine power. Shape your underworld empire across multiple layers of Hell and decide what kind of deity you want to be… merciful, efficient, or deliciously petty.

Build a devilishly efficient underworld to process the endless stream of sinful souls arriving from above. Punish souls to turn a profit and expand your capabilities or divine influence. Hire eclectic imployees to keep the paperwork flowing… just make sure they’re paid on time.
Uphold a thriving Overworld to maintain the cycle of resurrection. As Hell’s administrator, you can use your divine powers to “motivate” the living to do your bidding. Nothing like a bolt of lightning or a spontaneous inferno to spur the Humus population into action.

Souls accumulate sins across their many lifetimes. Keep an eye on these levels and build specialized purification centres to stop corruption from spiralling out of control. Otherwise, you may have a monstrous demon on your hands or even worse, a devastating hit to your efficiency… truly diabolical.

Office politics has never been so dangerous! Enact biblical-level corporate intrigues in the story-based campaign mode. Test your organizational mettle in Challenge Mode. Perfect the art of Hell building or slack-off for the day in the fully customizable Sandbox Mode.

It's like Salaryman but in HELL.
fun game with lots of tech and optimisation

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 1: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I know there are other games in this specific almost un-named genre. The standouts however in my mind are old school black and white. And now Sintopia. It took everything I like from several different types of games. Expanded on it, re-imagined it, put their spin on it. Thats just the gameplay loop which is rewarding if you like figuring out a system of rules and making them dance like a perverse marionette. That says nothing about he attention of detail that has gone into hell. I wont list out easter eggs but there are more then a couple. I personally dont believe the devs are done cooking this title by no means. It is worth whatever price if it scratches the itch that a challenge gives you. The story is pretty decent too, I am more of a challenge player but objectively it is a great campaign and very challenging in its own right.

o jogo é bom demais e com uma ideia bem única, mas como o mano disse ali, espero que melhorem o modo sandbox pra deixar ele mais atraente, de resto só elogios.
Très bon jeux.
8/10 — It’s really good. I really enjoyed my time with Sintopia. The mix of management and god game mechanics is a really cool combo. The overworld is fun to mess around with, the spells are great, and the gameplay loop is super satisfying. The voice acting is really well done, and the characters are enjoyable. Overall, I loved it, not much more to say.
I really want to love this game - it has a great premise and I like the overworld/underworld idea. However, it needs some polish. I agree with the love/hate reviews. There is a lot of potential here, and I am really, really hoping that the next update makes things more efficient. I would really like to see some of the other quality of life changes players have recommended. I would also like to add that some foreshadowing might be helpful, at least in the easier game modes? Perhaps some toggle switch for a helpful "hey, <insert some warning about upcoming event> is about to happen and you might want to prepare." That being said, I would like to see the game develop further and do recommend playing it. There is an itch I have not been able to scratch since Black and White and this does help.
