muita estratégia. Ótimo jogo!!!

A cool free tactical roguelike game with turn-based combat, where every action really matters.
fun game
a nearly perfect mixture of strategy and action, at least in my opinion. also it's funny bumping into enemies to defeat them by using the dash.
I recently played Shogun Showdown Prologue, and I have to say it’s one of the most captivating prologues I’ve ever experienced. It doesn’t just give a taste of the full game — it delivers a complete, satisfying mini‑adventure that stands on its own. From the very first scene, the game draws you into a beautifully realized version of feudal Japan, where danger lurks around every corner and the atmosphere is thick with tension. The visual design is nothing short of stunning. The art style blends traditional Japanese aesthetics with a modern, stylized twist, creating a look that feels both authentic and fresh. Every environment — from misty mountain paths to dimly lit courtyards — is meticulously crafted, with rich textures and a carefully chosen color palette that enhances the mood. The use of lighting and shadows adds depth and drama, making even simple scenes feel cinematic. Combat is the heart of Shogun Showdown, and the prologue does an excellent job of showcasing its depth. The mechanics are intuitive yet challenging, demanding precise timing and strategic thinking. Each enemy type has distinct attack patterns and weaknesses, encouraging players to observe, adapt, and refine their approach. Executing a well‑timed parry or landing a flawless combo is incredibly satisfying, and the responsive controls make every action feel impactful. Storytelling is subtle but effective. Instead of overwhelming the player with exposition, the narrative unfolds through environmental details, brief interactions, and scattered notes. This approach invites exploration and rewards curiosity, gradually revealing a world full of intrigue and conflict. The characters, though not heavily featured, leave a strong impression thanks to their distinct personalities and motivations. The sound design deserves special praise. The soundtrack masterfully combines traditional Japanese instruments with contemporary elements, creating an immersive audio landscape that perfectly matches the game’s tone. Sound effects are crisp and dynamic, enhancing the intensity of combat and the eeriness of quiet moments alike. Overall, Shogun Showdown Prologue is a remarkable preview of what promises to be an exceptional full game. It excels in every key area — visuals, combat, storytelling, and sound — and leaves players eager for more. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates action‑packed games with rich atmospheres and thoughtful design. It’s a must‑play prologue that sets a high bar for the main release.
