Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Aug 10 → 2.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Sektori is an intense, fast paced twin-stick shooter infused with hard hitting techno music. Choose your upgrades carefully and create powerful builds to take on the relentless enemies and epic bosses on a constantly evolving battlefield. Sektori is a game that requires your complete focus, a game where the high-adrenaline visuals, music, and gameplay come together to transport you into another state of consciousness.
Simple, pure gameplay. Quick runs. Lots of challenge and replayability.
A five world campaign mode with dynamically changing levels and tons of enemy variation - including epic evolving bosses
Alternate ships and configurable upgrade decks to mold your run with
Three difficulty modes suited for all players, including a "Revolution" campaign mode for maximal challenge
Six alternate game modes, like Classic, Gates and Assault
Varied selection of challenges and medals to reach for
With Sektori I wanted to create a shoot'em up where every run feels familiar, but is still completely unique. A game of skill, not memorization. The hand crafted attack waves, levels and even the bosses are combined, randomized and layered with the upgrade systems in a way that creates an interesting challenge for every run. The aesthetics of the game are very much inspired by techno music. Fast, detailed, colorful, saturated, intense, aggressive.
Dive in, take on the challenge as it comes and have fun!

Sektori is an obvious homage to geometry wars. Sometimes the overemphasis on visual clutter leads to cheap deaths.
Overall I'd give this a 7.5/10 and a reluctant thumbs up. - this would almost certainly be a neutral rating if steam had such a thing. So read this review as if you're reading a neutral rating of a product. First off, soundtrack is a absolutely banging, it does get repetitive after a while due to, I can only assume 2 or 3 tracks being on a loop. but overall, I love the high energy music and it fits a game like this extremely well. - it would have been nice if there was a lot more music of the same genre. instead of a small number of tunes being on repeat. UI and UX are clean, professional and smooth. no issues there. - it's all been put together quite well. One thing i'd add though as an accessibility option would have been to turn down all the flashing on screen during gameplay because it gets ridiculously busy and it does get fairly difficult to see what's going on. - this happens in alot of games I play and it does get frustrating when devs just think more is better. No, more is NOT better, I'm not epileptic but all the flashing does get quite irritating after a while. So, don't buy this game as Christmas present for your epileptic mate, cause they will have a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fit when they see it. Love the graphics, brilliant. Gameplay - well the dev clearly played 2D side scroller shooters on the nes and megadrive back in the 90's... and this definitely takes inspiration off those games and has also obviously carried the souls-like difficulty over from them too, and by giving you have 3 lives, a perma death after you lose them and it's all back to square one to start again. It's a textbook 2D scroller game just updated to 2026. You either love it or your hate it. I used to love it, cause as a kid, you just had all the time in the world and you just burn your life away on them. Nowadays, I don't really get on with them as much. - I do like a challenge but I want to feel like I'm progressing, and this game doesn't do that. the dopamine hit of "YOU HAVE A HIGH SCORE!" no longer works on me, I want to see actual progress. I don't really care about high scores and achievements that mean essentially less than nothing, you don't get rewarded for for getting a "medal" - you just get a little shiny badge "well done".. ok cool so what do I get for it? Nothing? - Complete and utter waste of my time. - I honestly feel like some games just take the piss out of a player. I was hoping for something like an upgrade, new skin, ♥♥♥♥, even a pretty boost.. idc what the ♥♥♥♥ it is, i wanted something for all the grinding I just did. But no, that's not the case it seems. Oh but you get a high score! Oh great, and I join a list of thousands of other players with high scores. - ok mate. whatever. you know the top of this league table of high scores, all the cheaters live up there, the modders, the gooners and the wannabe hackers. - all have scores that no normal person would ever hope to achieve unless you have something to achieve it with. - all trying 1 up each other to prove who can conjure up the more absurd high score. Also the card deck is confusing as hell. - didn't seem to make any difference whatsoever. - would be nice if there was some sort guidance for it in game. The in game upgrades didn't really feel good.. sometimes I felt like I wasn't doing any damage to anything. it just felt like the difficulty just kept up with the damage output from any upgrades you may have gotten. - and really did feel more cosmetic then actually valuable. Would I recommend it? depends if you're a masochist or not. if you are then great, buy it. if not, give it a pass cause the gameplay is VERY unforgiving and you'll be starting from square one every time, upon death. ... Every. Single. Time. To some, that loop is highly rewarding. To others, it almost certainly isn't and you would definitely be thinking you've wasted your money here.

Fun
It is a good game
