This is a really well-made little puzzle game! The puzzles are very creative. Each one is hinted at by a picture, and I think generally the game struck a great balance with how hard it was to figure out what the picture meant. There were a few puzzles that felt pretty obscure to me, but there is a built-in hint system to help if you get stuck. The last few puzzles in particular were extremely cool, and tied everything together really well. I definitely recommend trying out the demo to see if it seems fun to you!

clever game
This was one of the most unique sokobans I have ever played. Each room in the game was very well thought-out, and I was impressed by some of the unique solutions. I think that some of the puzzles might have been a little unfair, and I'm not sure how I would've been able to solve them without using the hint system, but at least the hint system was very useful and didn't feel very intrusive. I was particularly impressed by one specific meta mechanic that was needed to get the true ending, which is something that I have seen before but I have not seen used well. I'd have to say that at least a majority of the puzzles felt very satisfying, and the game does a great job at making you feel smart. My only real gripe is with the beginning cut scene, which I admit is a strange issue to have with a puzzle game. As compared to the rest of the game, it felt needlessly tacked on. It appeared to be the only place in the game that used AI images, which is a shame because the rest of the game appeared to be pixel art or hand drawn. The murals are obviously not professionally done, but if anything it added to the charm in the game and the debatable lack of quality did not detract from the experience. The fact that so much art was made for this game already makes it baffling that they decided to use AI images for literally the first moment in the game, I'm not sure why they couldn't have made 2 more just to make a better first impression. It's even more baffling by the fact that the opening is made longer than it needs to be. Yes, the story is important in the game, but I really think the game does a good job at explaining it's story even if you skip the beginning cutscene entirely. All in all, I'd recommend this game to any puzzle game/sokoban aficionado who's looking for a unique but well executed take on the genre, but I'd also probably say to just skip the cutscene at the beginning. Boy falls down in cave during a storm, he's trying to save his village. That's all you need to know.
An excellent short puzzle game with emphasis on outside the box thinking. My mom thinks the little guy's walk cycle is cute.
