Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 25 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Really liked this puzzle game! Wishlisted it after playing BiriBiri´s last escape room game, so happy to see another interesting game with an intriguing style. Nice animation too. Recommend it
If you’ve got a few hours to spend on a relaxing puzzle game, this is a very nice choice.

I liked this game quite a bit. Puzzles were challenging, yet fair, and quite original relaying a lot in observation. If you like escape room games but you are tired of solving the same old puzzles every game has, definitely give this game try.
cloud saving doesn't work
About what you expect, nothing really stood out in the design or intent of this. But for the cost its a good puzzle game.
Thought I'd give this a try but have discovered it gives me horrible motion sickness. I've never had this with a game before, ever! You can't change the FOV to try and correct it either so I can't play for more than 20 minutes without wanting to lie down for a few hours. The puzzles are hard, honestly not intuitive at all and the hints are kinda bad. I would probably enjoy this more if it didn't make me feel so dizzy and nauseas...
I thought the puzzles were the right level of difficulty and I enjoyed the story! I love the art style in the game too.
Review information ▣ Play Time 5h ▣ Recommendation ★★★★☆ ▣ Gameplay/Story As a huge fan of escape rooms, I absolutely loved playing Secrets of Velendar Castle. The game instantly draws you into its mysterious medieval atmosphere, making you feel like a real adventurer uncovering secrets hidden deep within the castle walls. It features a great variety of highly creative puzzles that keep the experience genuinely engaging and fun throughout the journey. It was especially fascinating to track down the Dark Lord and have the freedom to choose your own ending, which added an exciting layer to the narrative. ▣ Design The aesthetic of the castle is beautifully crafted, but it is not just there for show. To succeed, you really need to keep your eyes peeled. I highly recommend examining your surroundings very closely as you progress, since the environment itself often holds the key to moving forward. The visual cues are clever, and the overall design does a fantastic job of immersing you in the mystery. **The graphics are immersive enough to pull you deep into the story, and the lighting and visual effects are quite well-done. Everything blends perfectly with the game’s historical setting, making the playthrough highly enjoyable. Personally, as someone who loves medieval settings, the overall vibe felt like exploring a Demon King's castle, which was fantastic.** ▣ Convenience The overall difficulty feels around 3.5 out of 5, making it an accessible and enjoyable challenge for almost anyone. The game also includes a helpful in-game hint system, which is a great touch for when you get stuck. However, I did run into a bit of frustration in the third room, the Chapel. A few puzzles there were quite confusing, and even after checking the tips, I couldn't fully grasp the logic. In fact, I ended up passing the final puzzle of that room purely by luck. It would be a huge improvement if those specific hints were updated to be a bit clearer and more detailed. **Additionally, it is easy to get confused or lost regarding the puzzle order, often solving things out of sequence. It would be great to introduce a quest tracker format or a fairy companion next to the player to provide guidance, or perhaps lock certain puzzles until the previous ones are completed in order. While I personally enjoy escape rooms and puzzles enough to solve them smoothly, beginners to this genre might find it quite challenging.** ▣ Cost-Effectiveness Given the creative puzzle design and the solid length of the experience, this game offers great value for escape room enthusiasts. It provides the thrill and satisfaction of a real-world escape room right from your screen, making it well worth the time and investment. **With a good mix of both intuitive and complex puzzles, there is plenty of content to satisfy fans of the genre. I particularly found the puzzles that require hunting for clues within the beautiful scenery to be the most enjoyable part of the game.** ▣ Conclusion Secrets of Velendar Castle is a fantastic escape room experience that blends a captivating atmosphere with clever, imaginative puzzles. While the hints in the Chapel room could use a little fine-tuning to be more user-friendly, the game is overall highly enjoyable, accessible, and deeply satisfying to solve. If you love a good mystery, this castle is definitely worth exploring. ※ If this information was helpful, please recommend it. Your recommendation is a great support for writing better reviews.
