[h1] TL:DR [/h1]
I had a good time. The game is generally a fun experience. If you want to go for 100%, you will be in for a relatively long and grindy time. The game tries to mitigate this, but does not fully succeed. The last 25-30% is basically just resetting to gain points.
[h1] THE GOOD [/h1]
It absolutely satisfies an itch. If you, like me, love scratching that grey stuff off of codes and the like, you will have fun here.
It has a good variety of different cards. It feel makes the tickets feel different enough from the previous one you were scratching to not feel truly repetitive.
It does have some accessibility options. If you are worried about potential repetitive strain issues the game gives you three options. By default you click your mouse to start scratching. One of the options makes it so you don't need to click to scratch the cards, by having the equivalent of holding the left mouse button down for you. You still need to move the mouse to scratch where it is. The other option also holds the mouse button while automatically moving the cursor in a forward slash diagonal motion.
It has a progression tree, which is expected, and this one is pretty good. It tries to make the beginning less tedious by making the start go by much quicker.
[h1] The Bad [/h1]
The game overstays its welcome if you are going for 100%. The prestige tree feels balanced to increase playtime, rather than actually be fun.
The accessibility features are a double edged sword. This may seem like a weird thin in the bad, given I said it's a good. I wholeheartedly believe it to be both. Without spoiling specifics, you will the point where you don't want to scratch at all times. Using the accessibility options negate this on some level.
The runbacks are all the same. At a certain point, there isn't enough to differentiate one run from the next. You learn what to do and how to do it and its just repetition at that point.
