- Who am I? You're thrown into the boots of a Mobile Task Force commander. Equipped with military-grade weaponry and specialized technology, you and your squad must fight your way through what appears to be the worst containment breach to date.
- Re-contain the SCPs: Numerous sentient and more often than not violent anomalies have escaped containment. You must secure them, but beware: their integrity is extremely valuable to the Foundation and to science as a whole. Lethal force should only be used as a last resort.
- Terminate the escapees: D-Class personnel are disposable assets, consisting exclusively of death row inmates. Given the situation, they can be expected to be armed and violent. Considering their potential possession of Foundation intelligence, the difficulty of handling them by other means, and their general expendability, they are to be terminated on sight.

- Team Deathmatch (MTF vs CI): The Chaos Insurgency is a group that once belonged to the Foundation but went A.W.O.L. shortly after its creation. They have a peculiar interest in anomalous objects and are looking to take advantage of the… unfavorable situation currently unfolding at one of the Foundation's largest sites. Could they be behind all of this?
Fight for them-or defend the facility against them! - Waves (PvE Mode): A rare and aggressive strain of SCP-008 has infected a large sector of the facility. Grab a team of friends (or strangers) and fend off waves of infected, along with other anomalies that have breached containment.
