If you're looking for a love letter to RE4, then I recommend the inspired (and completely free-to-download) 'RE4 Otome Edition' instead. As for this game, it was cute, but it's basically a 90-minute patchwork game with a few extra-cumbersome steps. The idea of having to use up some of the health items in order to clear more space is cool, but there's only a few puzzles that clever use of it, and the rest of the time it's just busywork. Same goes for the idea of loading weapons, aside from a single puzzle where this is the exception. The game also is missing the ability to swap the item you're holding with the item directly underneath it (I don't know why it's not here, since it's a feature that even the original RE4 had). As for RE references and in-jokes, there's basically only one; the 'Broken Butterfly' has been renamed to the 'Fixed Butterfly.'
If you played RE4, you'd know the satisfaction of managing to get everything to fit in the inventory. Imagine that but as a puzzle game. It's simple; the game gives you some items and says "make it fit". For 40 levels, I'd say $4.50 AUD is a fair price for a satisfying puzzle game like this.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

what fun game
RE4 inventory puzzle game? yes please
Bought simply cause of a fan of Resident Evil / Biohazard. Super fun and great game to try and speed run for your best time.
bought on special. Fun game to 100%, pretty chill.
I honestly can't believe nobody thought of this sooner, what a great idea for a game.
A really fun 1 hour and 30 minute game; I'm looking forward to playing its sequel and the classic Resident Evil Games!!
RE4 Remake if it was good (lol)
I'm a super Resident Evil fan and bought this on a whim, I loved it! It's your typical "make everything fit" puzzle, but with some added mechanics surrounding combining and using items to make more space. Loved all the references, the music, the visuals, it was a wonderful little puzzle, and I'm excited to pick up the second one!
