Sauna terminology
Aufguss involves swinging a towel in the sauna to generate hot air and directing that hot air towards the sauna's patrons.
Loyly refers to the act of pouring water on hot stones in the sauna to create steam and increase the sauna's temperature.
In this game, "to be put in order" means to achieve a state of mindfulness and emptiness by repeatedly going through the cycle of Sauna > Cold Bath > Rest.
