Runic Survivor

Incomplete, abandoned. Man, haven't played this in just under 4 years. I came back to check up on things and find the dev made the decision to abandon the game in 2023 due to financial issues. I get it. At the end of the day it's a $3 game. I had fun and enjoyed an earlier version back in 2022. I stopped myself from committing more time to it as it was still in EA. It has a cool skill crafting/mix ability with runes, but obviously in bullet heaven format. Just go play games like Noita instead. They're finished. You're better off saving your $3 towards something else.

Everything good about the game was abandoned, including the game itself.

it's a pretty fun game and i like the mechanic of combining runes. i wish you could combine them a second time tho that would make the game more complex. 8/10

Charming game and great concept. I didn't play it on release and I am perhaps very spoiled by today's options but the lack of controller support kills it for me personally, ymmv.
