ROTA: Bend Gravity

Very good puzzle-platformer. The base mechanic seems convoluted at first, but after a while it becomes pretty fluid: You can only change the gravity by going over an outside corner, and not an inside one (if that makes sense). There are all kinds of situations using this mechanic, with blocks to push which allows you to change the gravity thanks to their four corners, and it gets trickier as the number of blocks increases since it gives more possibilities. Don't be fooled by the childish graphics, the game becomes extremely difficult towards the end, and it's not an overstatement. You'll need to understand a certain number of tricks using those blocks, and the game doesn't hold your hand. Some actual game mechanics aren't explained very well though. I was stuck a couple of times simply because I didn't know I could do something, namely rotating some of the blocks, or making them reappear by making them fall outside the level. Also, going back in time would be a great addition to this game, because it's pretty easy to make a mistake. Other than that, it's pleasant to need to rethink all your possibilities at every level. I strongly recommend.

Good game. More weird than good (and the ending is quite underwhelming), but still good.

Fun puzzle game with a cute artstyle and an interesting game design. I've seen it before, but I have no problem with that.

Some of the later puzzles get repetitive, but ultimately this game really exercised my brain. Some puzzles stumped me for a long time. I don't know what to think about all the childlike NPCs flirting with the player though.
