About
Design custom rockets and master 2D orbital mechanics to navigate a fully simulated solar system. Establish outposts, process local resources to launch interplanetary missions, and manage critical supply lines to keep your colony's workforce alive.
Colonies
Colonies allow you to extract resources, process them, and use them for building rockets away from Earth. But be aware, workers are required and a constant food and water supply is imperative for them to keep them conscious, and even better, productive. Should they all go unconscious, any production would stop.
A fully simulated solar system
Rocket Engineer features a realistic physics system that allows you to propel your craft to new worlds, or to crash them spectacularly!
Part and building variety
From assembly storage to launchpad, from reaction wheel to colony founder, Rocket Engineer offers a wide variety of rocket parts to design the vehicle you need. Each part has its own properties, allowing you to choose the right part for the job.
Community
The community is at the core of Rocket Engineer’s iterative development. Suggestions and feedback will be taken into account every step of the way, as well as throughout the whole life of Rocket Engineer.

This game is for me the best space game out there since you can finally do something better than flying with no goal if you are interested in space game this is a great option it allows you to build colony on other planet and build Rocket over there and it's very fun!
It's like if Spaceflight Simulator had actual progression, colonies, resource managment, ... Absolutely recomended
ok ill leave a review. Do i recommend this game? Not yet. Just not yet, I assume a lot of this stuff are placeholders. I also assume that the game will become a lot better after some time. Heres stuff that i like and dislike I like: 1. The nice physics physics It is almost the same as SFS, and theres no screen shake so the flight feels more controllable. 2. The colony stuff You can build your colony out of placeables, and i didnt really dig deep into the stuff 3. Planet mining Self explanatory, you can mine on planets 4. Planets artstyle It is very simple but really neat. By simple i mean you can make a planet that meets the games criteria in like 20 minutes 5. Optimization This thing runs perfectly smooth bruh What i dislike: 1. Missing GUI that would have been useful No fuel counter, no ability to track colony resources (maybe the resources are infinite, that would be uncool lke we want sum hard stuff) 2. Some things here are unclear I thought for a good long 3 minutes why my rocket stage doesnt fly. It is bcause i place hydrogen thrusters too early in the game (you should use them after flying to the moon, before that hydrogen fuel isnt available, just make the engines hidden at first) Also i still dont know how to activate stages, isnt written in Rocket Controls. 3. The game feels raw. Rocket parts and GUIS are drawn very poorly. I know these are placeholders tho. Thats why it isnt really an issue. And the GUI is just a singular rectangle with no borders. Also, when you tap on a rocket part when not controlling a vessel, the GUI that pops up doesnt move relative to the camera. Very uncool. did i mention that you cant destroy fairings? and that you cant scale the tanks yet? Thats it, i dont have a clear opinion on this game. Lets wait a year and see!

This game is very cool! I've played it for 4 hours since I bought it. There was a bug where, after I go into the map view and try to scroll, it sometimes starts randomly zooming in and out. This doesn't happen very often. The price is okay, but for an Early Access game I think €8 would be better. There are also sadly not many parts yet. Do I recommend this game? I would say yes.
The game is definatly early access, but it shows great promise, and what is there is really fun. I've not run into any major bugs, the colony building and ISRU mechanics are fun. If you're going for planitary transfers it will be a lot of trial and error, just feeling out the right angle. I feel the game is a fun new take on the rocket simulation genre.
2D KSP with colonies and a good sense of progression. Needs some polish and more content, but it's a great first release. Very fun, totally worth $10.
Game is great for an early access, there is still a large lack of features but The game will be better as time goes on, it runs pretty and It is clear enough to go blindly
great game but only 3 planets at the time of this review
This game is rough around the edges, just like the surface of the moon. Def worth it if you like KSP or SFS.
Great game, but it kind of takes a while to build colonies, and if you need help with planets dev, you know who to call
