Find the perfect balance Every decision directly impacts the four pillars of the club: Finances, Fans, Locker Room, and Board. Neglecting one can trigger a chain reaction capable of destabilizing everything, while keeping them in harmony will be the key to progress. It’s not about making perfect decisions, but about surviving their consequences. Build relationships with key characters in the club You’re not just managing a club—you’re also building relationships with key characters who have their own narrative arcs. Your decisions can bring you closer to them, push them away, or spark conflicts that completely change how each story unfolds. As relationships improve or deteriorate, new paths, exclusive scenes, and different outcomes are unlocked. Characters like the club president, the press officer, the team captain, or even your partner can become an ally, a problem, or someone who shapes your career in unexpected ways.
