About
Step into a world where every decision can change the fate of nations. RISK: Global Domination is the official digital version of the classic Hasbro board game that has captivated millions of players for generations. Reimagined for the modern age, a true test of wartime strategy, negotiation, and domination.
Join an ever-growing global community of potential allies and enemies. Deploy your army, forge alliances, and fight in nail-biting, turn-based showdowns where the bold and the cunning rule. Every match is a tactical puzzle where only the strongest strategy will prevail. Challenge real players in online matches across over 120 unique maps, each offering its own wartime scenario - from ancient empires to reliving the greatest historical battles, multiple fantasy scenarios, modern skirmishes & interstellar conflict and galactic wars.
Draft reinforcements, place your troops and execute your plan of attack. Each turn is a strategic crossroads - will you defend, expand or hold the line? Your ability to manage your army and outmaneuver your opponents is what defines a true RISK tactician.
In the world of RISK, a well-timed diplomatic offer can be as powerful as a cannon shot. Use clever diplomacy to build alliances, deceive your rivals, and turn temporary friends into stepping stones toward victory. Remember: in this wartime strategy game, trust is fragile, and betrayal is often the final move before triumph.
Battle across an expansive selection of maps, from real-world terrains like Europe and Asia to ancient battlefields and outer space. Each battlefield introduces new pathways to victory that challenge you to employ different strategies, keeping every online match fresh and unpredictable. The classic map is 42 territories. Our custom maps range in size from ~20 territories for quick wars to advanced maps with 90+ territories for more drawn out battles.
Enjoy the suspense and intensity of the traditional turn-based combat of the classic Hasbro board game. Your tactics must adapt each round as enemies close in, defenses falter, or opportunities arise. Each battle becomes a thrilling test of your long-term planning and decision-making skills.
Play against AI in solo mode or face off with millions of players online or friends in pass & play. Climb the ranks, claim glory and prove your dominance by reaching the prestigious Grandmaster tier.
Stay true to the classic board game rules or game modes that shake up the rules with exciting new twists like Blizzards, Portals, Fog of War, Zombies, Secret Assassin, and Secret Missions. Each mode adds fresh layers of strategy, making every match feel new and dynamic.

Locking key game features behind a pay wall is diabolical...
If you have a friend named Andrew Thomas Mcknight who has the best luck on the planet and nothing bad ever happens to him and he wins every game bc of his lucky hairy big-thigh ass. Then i wouldnt play this game bc its impossible to win.

Matched by title — a reused name can pair the wrong games. * is a critic aggregate. Prices and positions are each store's United States storefront; Epic charts worldwide. Audience and Score too, except Steam's, which is worldwide.

I like this game overall and will still play, but ranked is pointless and gets a downvote for this game because of it. You can make any rules you want, it isn't rank based matchmaking in ranked and it is very easy for you to find specific lobbies to boost.
Collaboration is insane in this game. Have no idea why people care so much about their rank in this game to play two accounts in one game. Maybe if their ranks get high enough they can get girlfriends one day!
i am convinced this game is just straight buns really i highly agree with the last review by mrg i been just taking breaks on this game like i play for 5 hours try to win then cant win and then take a break for 6 months then come back and hope it would be better and play again for 5 hours and not win then repeat teamers, bots that know where everything is even tho its the gamemode fog, its a free game but it forces and forces you to pay money like i cant play just a tiny bit, its a highly luck based game and the list keeps going you probally think i dont know how to play this then but trust me the logic in this game doesnt make sense i love stragetic games but its very and i mean very luck based which should be the case for stragetic games like the cards for example like your opponent in a split second at the start of the game gets 15 troops from cards while i have 4 cards that dont make go together and because of that i dont have any troops and that dude just goes on a rampage getting all the territorys which only gets him more troops while i strugle to get one tiny territory and then out of nowhere when i get the tiny area i get rampaged and i lose the entire territory im just so disappointed on this game cause the idea of this game is amazing but the way its done is just really disappointing anyways expect to rage more than every game youve play and get insurance for your monitor so when you smash it you get it back from the insurance
Played 12 games, lost all of them. Even the ones I felt didn't go terribly, bots just f-ing targeted me.......
it ok
oyunu zevkle oynamak istiyorum ama oyun diyor ki jetonun bitti siktir git dlc al ve sınırsız jetonun olsun, ulan orospu çocukları yapacağınız kısıtlamayı sikeyim
It is heavily rigged, meaning it is "pay and play." After playing 2,500 games, I am pretty sure that nothing depends on luck, skill, knowledge, or statistical probability anymore. If you want to play it solo and you like the original board game, you might have some fun. However, for anything else... don't even bother.
pretty fun strategy game. the biggest advice is that even the best player in the world doesnt win every game, so know win to aim for 2nd or 3rd.
