Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 18 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Battle Brothers mixed with autobattler, what is there not to love ? Well, pretty much everything. Bugged, shallow, unfinished, don't buy this game, even on discount. Seriously, I think that over my 9 hours playthrough, I spent a leat 2 hours trying to fight against the bugs in the camp. I had to restart the game 4 times in one playthrough beacause of crashes and bugs. All that for an incredibly shallow game. Almost no customization, only 2 possible builds (archer dexterity or melee Strength), unbalanced (the fastest weapon is always the best), super repetitive and a laughable ending (or a laughable lack of it... don't expect any kind of final boss or anything). Don't. Really. Don't.

Provatelo!
Played the demo a while back and saw the potential, so I decided to pick this up. It’s a pretty chill, light strategy game if you just want to relax for a few hours. The colorful cartoony art style is awesome, giving soldiers goofy names and having them running around the camp in their pajamas is hilarious 😂. The gameplay loop is basic and fun: you travel across the map, manage your camp and then send troops into battle. Missions operate on a strict time limit (measured in days), so you have to balance your preparation time. It’s honestly a lot of fun and has a ton of potential as it keeps growing, highly recommended.
Rising Army is actually a lot of fun. I wasn’t expecting it to be this engaging, but once I started building my army and experimenting with different strategies, I got hooked. It’s really satisfying to see your troops grow stronger and figure out the best way to approach each battle. The battles themselves are simple but enjoyable, and the game has a nice balance between planning and action. I also like how it’s easy to jump in and play a few rounds without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, it’s a really chill and rewarding game to spend time on, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who likes strategy and army management.
Rising Army is what happens when you give a control freak absolute power and then immediately take it away again. You can train every single troop, carefully equip them like proud little war-dolls, upgrade your camp into a logistical masterpiece… and then watch them completely ignore your “brilliant” plan the second the battle starts. It’s like being a general, a quartermaster, and a disappointed parent all at once. The open world campaign is genuinely impressive—huge maps, loads to do, and constant battles to jump into. You’ll feel like a tactical genius right up until your elite, fully-upgraded squad gets flattened by what appears to be three farmers and a strong opinion.

The game is quite boring. not much content and theres only like a half dozen quests that get recycled.
Rising Army is a medieval strategy and management game that places players in the role of a military commander responsible for building, training, and leading an army in service of the crown. Developed and published by Arkbits, the game combines kingdom service, troop development, camp construction, exploration, and tactical warfare into a cohesive experience centered on leadership and long-term planning. Rather than focusing exclusively on large-scale battles, Rising Army emphasizes the many responsibilities involved in maintaining a capable military force, creating a gameplay loop where preparation is often just as important as combat itself. The premise revolves around serving a demanding king whose approval determines much of the player's progress. As a newly appointed lord, players are tasked with carrying out military assignments, protecting the kingdom, and strengthening their forces while meeting royal expectations. Every mission completed contributes to the army's reputation and standing within the realm, while failures can damage trust and limit future opportunities. This relationship with the crown adds a layer of pressure that helps make each decision feel significant, as success requires balancing military ambitions with political obligations. One of the game's most compelling features is its treatment of soldiers as individuals rather than disposable units. Every recruit possesses unique traits, strengths, and weaknesses that influence their effectiveness on the battlefield. As troops gain experience through combat and training, they gradually evolve into specialized warriors capable of handling increasingly difficult challenges. Watching inexperienced recruits transform into reliable veterans creates a strong sense of attachment, encouraging players to care about the survival and development of their army rather than viewing soldiers as interchangeable resources. Permanent death plays a major role in shaping the overall experience. Unlike many strategy games where casualties can be quickly replaced, losses in Rising Army carry lasting consequences. A veteran warrior who has survived numerous battles can be permanently removed from the roster after a single mistake, forcing players to carefully weigh risks before committing troops to dangerous situations. This mechanic increases emotional investment while making victories feel genuinely earned. Every successful campaign becomes more meaningful because there is always something valuable at stake. Army management extends far beyond recruitment and combat. Players must oversee training programs, assign equipment, manage supplies, and ensure that soldiers remain prepared for future engagements. The game constantly encourages long-term thinking, rewarding careful planning over reckless expansion. Building an effective force requires understanding how different units complement one another and ensuring that the army remains balanced enough to respond to a variety of battlefield situations. The camp-building system serves as the foundation of military growth. Between battles, players return to a central camp that can be expanded and upgraded through various structures. These improvements unlock new opportunities for training, recruitment, resource generation, and troop support. Every upgrade contributes to the overall strength of the army, creating a satisfying progression system that makes the camp feel like a living headquarters rather than a simple menu screen. Watching the military settlement evolve over time reinforces the feeling that the player's efforts are producing tangible results. Morale management introduces another layer of strategic depth. Soldiers are affected by victories, defeats, losses, and the overall condition of the army. Maintaining high morale is essential because motivated troops perform better and contribute to a stronger military force. This system encourages players to think about the wellbeing of their soldiers rather than focusing exclusively on numerical strength. The army feels more human as a result, with success depending not only on equipment and training but also on leadership and support. Exploration provides a welcome break from management duties and battlefield planning. Players travel across regional maps filled with locations to investigate, resources to gather, and events to discover. These journeys often lead to unexpected opportunities and rewards that can influence future campaigns. Exploration helps the world feel larger and more dynamic while providing additional ways to strengthen the army outside of direct combat. The sense of traveling across a living kingdom contributes significantly to immersion. Combat acts as the culmination of everything accomplished between missions. Training decisions, troop composition, equipment choices, morale levels, and camp development all directly influence battlefield performance. Battles require strategic thinking and adaptation, encouraging players to use the strengths of their forces effectively while compensating for weaknesses. Because so much preparation goes into each engagement, victories feel especially satisfying. Success is not simply the result of superior numbers but of careful leadership and long-term planning. The ability to customize and rename soldiers further enhances player investment. These small personalization features make troops feel like members of a real army rather than anonymous units. Over time, players naturally become attached to particular veterans and leaders, which makes both their achievements and potential losses far more impactful. This emotional connection strengthens the overall experience and helps distinguish Rising Army from more impersonal strategy titles. Visually, the game adopts a functional and appealing art style that prioritizes clarity over realism. The presentation effectively communicates important information while maintaining a consistent medieval atmosphere. Camp structures, soldiers, and environments are easy to identify, ensuring that management and tactical decisions can be made without confusion. Although it lacks the visual spectacle of larger-budget productions, the art direction successfully supports the gameplay systems and overall tone. The game's greatest achievement is how successfully it integrates its various mechanics into a unified progression system. Exploration feeds into resource acquisition, camp development improves army capabilities, troop training enhances battlefield effectiveness, and combat outcomes influence future opportunities. Every system contributes to the larger goal of building a respected and powerful military force. This interconnected structure ensures that nearly every action feels meaningful and helps maintain player engagement throughout the campaign. The experience is not without flaws. The number of management systems can initially seem intimidating, especially for newcomers unfamiliar with strategy and simulation games. Some players may find the slower pace of army development less exciting than immediate battlefield action. Certain mechanics occasionally reveal the limitations of an independent production, and balancing multiple responsibilities can become demanding during later stages of the campaign. Nevertheless, these issues rarely overshadow the depth and satisfaction offered by the core gameplay. Rising Army delivers a rewarding blend of military management, strategic planning, and medieval warfare that places equal emphasis on preparation and execution. By focusing on individual soldiers, meaningful progression, and the consequences of leadership decisions, it creates an experience that feels personal as well as strategic. Players who enjoy building organizations from the ground up, managing resources, and leading troops through challenging campaigns will find a surprisingly deep and engaging strategy game that rewards patience, foresight, and careful decision-making.
