Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

*GREAT* RPG! This is the type of stuff I love, fresh takes on the classic RPG/JRPG/CRPG formula that makes things cool and interesting. TONS of features to tinker around with, plenty of content and I will be playing this much more in the future for sure. Brilliant stuff. Thanks for the awesome game, dev(s)!!
I love turn-based game and I wish there were more of them. So I really, really wanted to like this one. But after 30-something hours into it I gave up. I appreciate the developer's effort and all the work put into it... but unfortunately, the amount of work does not equal quality. This game is just plain bad, no other way to put it. I cannot think of a single thing that I can compliment on, so let's dive into "bad" and "worse." Story: non-existent. Good guys fight evil, because that's what they do and some voice from the past said so. Character development: none. The best they got was male MC acting like he is intimidated by female MC because, well, men are intimidated by women (cringe). Otherwise, the only way the characters differentiate are the class abilities. Art: yes, it's RPG Maker but I've seen much, much better uses of it. Namely, Dungeon Dreams, which looks nearly identical but oh so light years away from where this one wants to be. That was the bad. Now the worse. Menus and skills. Atrocious. Take Dungeon Dreams system and make it much, much worse. You have to buy " containers" for skills which are empty folders. You have to guess when you buy which ones are empties and which ones are the actual skills because nothing is explained. Skills are largely the same as in Dungeon Dreams except they are now split into two or three sub-skills that must be purchased separately. Random encounters: a plague. Walk 10 steps out of a village/city and there it begins. In this game, you do not recover HP between the battles, and the poison keeps killing you if not neutralized, so you must use healing potions and antidotes to keep going. Encounters damage you pretty badly so after 2-3 of them you must run back to town. Unless you are stocked with tons of potions, except you will not have the money for that because to get the money you must go on the missions that require getting out of town. And then there is the music. OMG. Professionals know that good battle music is upbeat but also easy to tune out because players need to concentrate on the fight. What we have here Is a crossbreed of Friday the 13th and Shark Attack. And it comes with every random encounter, every 10 steps. It grates on your brain like Chinese water torture. It was the first time I turned the sound off while playing a game. What else is there to keep a player interested in a game? Well, nothing. that's why (also for the first time in my gaming experience) I quit a game without finishing. In conclusion: don't waste your time on this even if you get to play it for free. To the developer, my suggestion would be to lend your obviously formidable programming skills to another person/company that can handle the aspects like story writing, game mechanics and art/music.

extremely good game - lots of classes - good music - the gameplay is pretty engaging
A seriously fun game with SO MUCH to do. The game feels like a mix between skyrim and runescape in the best way. Highly recommend buying the game as you'll be obsessed with it!
Extremely fun game
Developed by Rift Haven and published by Zachary Sullivan, Riftania is an ambitious indie role-playing game that combines classic pixel-art presentation with an expansive fantasy adventure built around time travel, exploration, and character progression. Rather than focusing solely on combat, the game encourages players to become immersed in nearly every aspect of its world. You step into the role of Zeke, a Son of Seldarine, whose quest to stop the Dark Lord leads him across multiple continents, mysterious dimensions, and different points in time. Along the way, he must defeat three Demon Generals, recruit trustworthy allies, and gradually uncover the secrets behind the fractured world. The narrative follows a familiar fantasy framework, but its use of temporal mechanics and optional endgame content gives the adventure a broader sense of scale than many independent RPGs. One of Riftania's strongest qualities is the impressive variety of activities available beyond the main storyline. Exploration feels consistently rewarding because nearly every location offers something meaningful to discover, whether it is rare crafting materials, hidden dungeons, or optional quests. Gathering resources plays a central role in progression, allowing players to mine ore, cultivate herbs, harvest useful ingredients, and transform raw materials into practical equipment and consumables. Crafting is not simply an optional feature but an integral part of strengthening the party, while cooking and potion-making provide valuable support during more difficult encounters. These interconnected systems create an engaging gameplay loop where exploration, resource management, and character growth naturally reinforce one another. Combat relies on a turn-based system that emphasizes preparation and tactical decision-making over button-mashing reflexes. Recruiting companions from different classes allows players to experiment with party compositions and discover combinations that suit their preferred playstyle. The availability of multiple elemental weapons, magical abilities, and equipment choices encourages thoughtful planning before major battles. Optional dungeons add another layer of depth by rewarding curious players with unique spells, powerful gear, and valuable skills that cannot be obtained through the main quest alone. This balance between mandatory progression and optional content ensures that dedicated explorers are consistently rewarded for investing additional time into the world. The game's world design succeeds by making each region feel worthwhile to investigate. Four continents connected through magical rifts provide a diverse backdrop for the adventure, while time travel introduces fresh scenarios that prevent exploration from becoming repetitive. Side quests help flesh out the setting and provide additional context for the characters and their world, while post-game challenges extend the experience well beyond the final confrontation with the Dark Lord. The optional battle against Seldarine serves as a fitting ultimate challenge for players who have fully developed their party and mastered the game's various progression systems. Visually, Riftania embraces a retro-inspired pixel art style that complements its old-school role-playing roots. The environments are colorful and easy to read, character sprites are expressive enough to support the game's storytelling, and the overall presentation favors clarity over excessive visual effects. While it does not compete with larger productions in terms of graphical fidelity, the consistent artistic direction gives the world its own identity and reinforces the nostalgic atmosphere. Combined with its fantasy soundtrack and traditional RPG structure, the presentation captures the spirit of classic adventures while incorporating enough modern mechanics to keep the experience feeling fresh. Riftania ultimately stands out because of the amount of content packed into its adventure. Between exploration, crafting, farming, mining, cooking, party customization, optional dungeons, side quests, and post-game challenges, players are given numerous ways to progress beyond simply following the main storyline. Although the abundance of systems may occasionally feel overwhelming for newcomers and the pacing can slow as players manage multiple mechanics, those willing to engage with everything the game offers will find a rewarding and content-rich RPG. It is a clear labor of love that successfully blends traditional role-playing design with modern progression systems, making it a worthwhile experience for fans of classic fantasy adventures who enjoy taking their time to uncover every secret.
