Recommended. Returns Outlet Simulator has one of the most addictive gameplay loops I’ve found in a shop-management game. Buying pallets, opening them, sorting through the random products, repairing what you can, pricing everything, stocking the shelves, and then watching it all sell is surprisingly satisfying. I constantly find myself saying I’ll open just one more pallet before quitting. The mystery pallets are probably the best part. You never know exactly what you’re going to get, and that randomness keeps the game from becoming too repetitive. Watching the employees tear into a pallet and slowly turn a pile of boxes into organized shelves is also strangely enjoyable. The game already has a strong foundation, and the recent quality-of-life improvements and store expansions give me confidence that it will continue getting better. However, it still needs more product variety to keep opening pallets exciting over the long term. Repairs can also become tedious after doing hundreds of items. The biggest issue for me is the employee logic. Employees often carry only one item at a time when restocking, even when there is plenty of room available on the shelves. Customers can empty the shelves faster than fully upgraded employees can refill them, which leads to complaints and hurts the store rating. Employees should be able to carry and stock multiple items in one trip. The auction system is a good idea, but the AI sometimes drives prices so high that bidding stops being enjoyable. I would also like better sorting options, including separating repairable and non-repairable products, more paint colors, additional rare items, and Steam achievements. Even with those complaints, this is an easy game to recommend. It is relaxing, addictive, and much more enjoyable than I expected. I’m looking forward to seeing what the developers add next.
