Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Well, I was going to recommend this one, I played through the whole game and enjoyed it, and then realized the developer uses AI images for promotional material, and has been for a long time. It baffles me, since there's so much good art actually made by the developer in the game itself that he could've used. Well, I assume anyway; now that I know he used AI for the cover art, I can't trust that nothing in the game itself was regurgitated by an algorithm instead of actually made by him. He's completely thrown out any trust I had in him as an artist. I was thoroughly enjoying your game. Why couldn't you have taken the time to make one more thing yourself, or, god forbid, hire someone? Not disclosing AI in your promotional materials violates Steam's developer TOS, by the way.
Beautiful style and simple yet well implemented gameplay, not sold on the mixing in of fantasy with hard scifi though. One minute you are fighting cyborgs and AI then the next zone you are going to a fantasy castle fighting spell casting skeletons. At first i was confused by reviews saying how easy the game was, I thought it was well balanced. It wasnt until the end of the game that i realised i could upgrade weapons, doing so then trivialised the encounters.

this game is art. incredibly immersive and plays tight. the game is fair and can be a little hard at times. the direction for the art style of the game is super inspired and unique
Lots of frustration.
Not really playable with a keyboard it seems. Not all inputs are recognized, especially if entered in quick succession in order to evade attacks the spacebar is skipped sometimes. Due to the difficulty level of the bosses, that is pretty unforgiving and leads to lots of frustration. Also frustrating is that I don't see a health bar anywhere, not for regular mobs nor for bosses. Also I didn't like that the game didn't give you any indication where to go. Which is even more frustrating with slow movement like here. Backtracking at that speed is no fun. As much as I like the visuals, but I'll have to do as the game title told me to: Return. That game. To steam.
Return is... a game. For the hour I played, it felt like a walking simulator with combat sprinkled here and there. The aforementioned combat, which revolves around hitting and dodging repetitively, is just unsatisfying and, dare I say, boring. They tried to shake things up with various guns, but they, again, feel clunky and kinda lifeless. To top it all off, the two bosses I fought were ungodly difficult, and some of their attacks were awfully similar. The only good things I can point out are the visuals and the sound design. Even though I love supporting indie devs, I’m not sure what this game was trying to achieve. Whatever it was, though, it didn’t do it for me.
At first, I was hesitant to recommend this game. I love the atmosphere—it's a beautiful game, and the music is amazing. But I was really struggling with the combat: it felt kind of simple yet extremely punishing at the same time. Here's the thing: I unknowingly started the game on the hardest route and didn’t realize I could upgrade my weapons until about halfway through. So basically, I tackled the most difficult areas first with the default, unupgraded weapon. No ♥♥♥♥ the enemies felt like sponges. Once I learned that weapon upgrades were a thing, I took on the rest of the bosses and finished the other half of the game. It was much more enjoyable after that. So yes, I do recommend it. It’s a fun, simple, and short 2D soulslike with incredible art direction and punchy weapons. A great option if you're in a gaming slump and want to finish something quick yet satisfying. P.S. ♥♥♥♥ The Mechanist
I downlaod this game to play it on my emulation handheld via portmaster. I use TrimUI Bricks on top of NextUI and its running amazingly well. I had about +-7-8 hours on the game on the Bricks and its amazing. The artwork is pretty and the mechanic is also fantastic. Would definitely recommand this game.
Good gaem
Usually I never post reviews for games, but I absolutely loved Return. The gameplay was great and the environments supported the story perfectly. The combat was pretty simple (run up, slash, roll away, repeat, or just shoot them with a gun) but it fit the game's minimalistic look perfectly. The visuals are really nicely polished as well, and the soundtrack was amazing. The game knows exactly what it's supposed to be, and capitalizes on it. The one thing I will say is the game could do a better job of telling the player what they can do. For example, I literally just found out you can upgrade your weapons with the mastery points and I've already beat every boss in the game except for the shores one. Now I've got some 96 points that I never used, which probably would've made the game easier. Overall, I loved Return, and I would definitely recommend it.
