Relic Arena is an 8-player free-to-play autobattler. Equip heroes with relics and build game-breaking combos, led by legendary historical figures.
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. The player count below is how many people own it, not what they spent.
About
Historical leaders engage in an endless battle to free their souls. Recruit heroes from the past, and equip them with ancient relics to conquer the arena.

Unlike other autobattlers, units are free. Each round, buy historical Relics from the shop and place them on your units as you please. Every Relic provides unique abilities and has powerful upgrades, letting you craft crazy combos on the fly.

Every Leader has a unique ability that can be leveled up, unlocking game-breaking powers. Want to drop a literal NUCLEAR BOMB on the arena? Then give Gandhi a try. Each Leader dramatically changes the way that you play the game. Who will be your favorite?

Play a different game every time. Forge builds with 100+ Relics, each featuring three Super Upgrades and one absurd Juicy Upgrade. Choose from 50+ Wonders that can completely transform your strategy.
Master history’s greatest leaders. Unlock 25+ Leaders, each with five increasingly powerful levels that reshape your strategy. Track your mastery of Leaders with our leader progression system between games.
Take on single-player challenges. Complete Daily Challenges or battle through story-driven campaign maps to unlock new Leaders and other rewards.
Enjoy weekly patches. We patch the game frequently, sometimes surprise dropping new Leaders and Relics just to keep things spicy.

Dreams came true! My favorite goth lesbian and chubby italian made a game together and it's actually very not cringe
Great game! I've been neglecting the needs of my Family because I am so addicted.
I was a big fan of Dota Underlords with over 1200 hours played, and Relic Arena has filled the autobattler shaped hole Valve created when they abandoned their game. The gameplay is familiar while being unique enough to stand out on its own, and the staggering amount of strategies and combinations in the game gives it the near endless replay value I crave in an autobattler. It's also a blast to play with friends and runs well on my pc

Best heroes are hidden behind battlepass. was incredibly excited for this game but a complete letdown due to money grabbing.
Amazing game. It's very balanced and the gamplay mechanics are great. Can't wait for season 2.
My favorite auto battler. Amazing Leaders and Relics. I'm having fun with it since release!
Relic Arena is fun to pass time. The design of the units is funny though the loading time is a bit long.
It has bit steep learning curve and humor is tad too cringe even for me (unless they already toned it down). Still my favourite autochess. Give it a go, being free after all.
Two points really. First, there is some irony that this references other auto chess games in the trailer, as this game makes heinous design choices those games went through and course corrected on pretty hard. Secondly, the Relic seems to promise a more simple, streamlined version of auto chess which I have no opinion on one way or the other. But my point is, that it makes something more obtuse and difficult to grasp. Any other game has racial tags you play around and even if you don't know what you're doing, you can basically just build in a straight line so to speak. You can learn one or two types of builds and be fine. Here you have 100 unique items that interact with perhaps a quarter of the rest in meaningful ways, so good luck getting all that figured out. Even some innovations I would commend are screwed up. There's an automated ban list every match with 25 items being thrown out. I'm all for that. But that's also true for the leaders. Pair that with the leaders being locked behind hard farming or money, and all the sudden you're pigeon holed in your first 100 hours/ $100 to frequently play leaders you don't want to. On top of that, there's this veneer of cheapness. I can even tell effort went in at certain places, but it doesn't look or feel nice to play. Obviously it's free and you can try a couple games and see, but I would be shocked if this was still running in four months.
