About
Rebel Galaxy is a swashbuckling space adventure, with action-packed combat, exploration, discovery, trade, and “negotiation” with the outlandish denizens at the edge of the known universe.
As the commander of an immensely powerful star destroyer, you’ll battle pirates, explore anomalies, befriend aliens, scavenge battle wreckage, mine asteroids, and discover artifacts. Choose your path as a roguish do-gooder, crafty space-trader or power-hungry privateer – or maybe a little of each! Buy larger and more powerful craft with your hard-earned credits, and outfit them with a variety of wicked weapons and defenses. Set in a galaxy of fantastic sights, and secrets to be found, Rebel Galaxy is above all a space epic of adventure, exploration, and combat.
The edge of the universe is a pretty dangerous place, so watch your back.

Great game!! play how u will, be what u please!
Great game

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Battling Aliens, Pirates and other space subversives. Hunt for capitol gain in the asteroid fields. Complete missions selected from the missions posted aboard port stations. Select and outfit you vessel as your capitol will allow. Most important thing, choose your merchs wisely Toombs. So will take your money and in the middle of a skirmish eject themselves from the fight.
This is a good game. Not a great game but at $20 you will not regret buying it. Soundtrack sets up the tone perfectly, and if the soundtrack isn't to your liking you can always use your own music which is quite rare for a developer to bother doing that. Gameplay wise the game doesn't really play like anything else. Broadside cannons is your biggest damage dealer, up until you get a crap load of turrets on some of the later ships. The game takes place on a 2D plane which is an odd choice for a space game but it really lends to the feeling of cruising down an old dusty road waiting for the next pirate to ambush you. The game simulates multiple different solar systems that all have different backgrounds to make them feel a bit different. After around 10 or so hours you will start to notice why this isn't a great game. Rewards are tied to how much your ship is worth so the better guns you have the harder the missions are, but the payouts are also increased. It has a satisfying gameplay loop that while you probably won't finish you will probably come back to every now and then to play it. My one tip is to get a mercenary and focus on getting lasers that only fire when you are locked onto something, which is done under the tactical menu when you hit pause. It has a lot of charm and not many other games nail the feeling this game has. If you see it on sale definitely snag it. The base price is just right for what the game is and also it punches above that price point quite frequently, just misses the mark on truly being a great game. Hasn't stopped me from putting 91 hours into it at the time of this review. Unlike other games of this nature, always stop when a distress beacon is sent out, don't go for it instantly send out a pulse first, if it says bounty detected then decide if it you want to risk it for the biscuit, if not then it is easy money helping some traders or miners out and the reward is generally worth the minute or so it takes to destroy them. Also there is a glitch where if you open the map and then close it you can always start trying to warp which helps for escaping enemies.
