Although there's nobody who plays this game on public servers, the games against AI are kinda fun. Each different tank is fun in its own way, and driving in a tank in VR is extremely fun once you get the hang of it. It needs a bit more polish, more maps, faster turning speed, all that stuff, and I think it would be a really fun and charming game, but it seems to have been abandoned by its developers for some time now.
Ready Aim Fire – A Missed Shot 🎯🐘 Ready Aim Fire starts with a quirky premise: you're piloting a toy tank from atop a toy elephant in a colorful childhood playroom. Sounds fun, right? Unfortunately, the charm fades quickly. 🧸💨 The controls feel more like wrestling with a stubborn wind-up toy than commanding a tank. Instead of "easy and mechanical," it’s clunky and frustrating. Aiming is more guesswork than precision, making the "Ready, Aim, Fire" motto feel like false advertising. 🚫🔫 Visually, the cartoonish style is pleasant at first but lacks polish. The playroom quickly becomes repetitive, and the gameplay doesn’t offer enough variety to keep things fresh. After a short while, it feels more like a chore than an adventure. Even with its light-hearted theme, Ready Aim Fire doesn’t bring enough to the table. With better control mechanics and more engaging gameplay, it could’ve been a fun romp. Instead, it leaves you wanting to pack up your toys and move on. 🥱📦 Created with <3
