I respect this game as art, not as a game. Play the 2015 edition instead if you want a good, polished game.
One of the worst shooters ever created.
Ignore the playtime. I owned this game when it first came out 30 years ago. I hear a full remake is in the works and bought this game as a show of support. It's amazing and still one of the best Shoot'Em Ups.

Played this game a boy. Holds up year's later. Auto-tracking mini-gun forever, baby. Easily worth 5 USD. Seriously, there is one aspect of the design that is disappointing: the vast majority of the weapons serve no purpose. You pick them up from a weapons cache, use them for a level or two, and then sell them so you can get closer to the auto-laser and twin-laser -- the only two equippable weapons you need to defeat the game. For the record, I've beat it on Elite.
Classic old-school shoot-em-up (vertical shooter) with incredibly good graphics for its age. Addictive and fun. My only complaint is that Outer Regions is a very sudden jump in difficulty compared to Tango Sector and the last few levels especially are overtuned for the Twin Laser, making them near-impossible if you were unable to purchase one due to having gone through too many Phase Shields in earlier levels.
Paid 89 cents for this, one of my childhood games I played with my father and finally finished over 25 years later, lol. Great game for a nice day, or for a few more days if you fancy a challenge in the hard modes. It held up incredibly well all these years later.
CHILDHOOOOODDD !!!!
Langweilig, Xenon 2, Wings of Death alle besser und viel viel älter als dieses!
Я этим в детстве комаров убивал, рекомендую.
Its as great as I remember it being from DOS. Runs with no issues.
