С первого взгляда кажется, что это просто набор разноцветных блоков, но стоит начать собирать, как открывается целая вселенная головоломок. Каждый уровень — это уникальная задача, требующая внимательности и изобретательности. Постепенное усложнение не дает заскучать, а чувство удовлетворения, когда наконец находится верное решение, просто бесценно. Игра затягивает с головой, и ты обнаруживаешь себя, часами размышляющим над очередной комбинацией. Визуальный стиль минималистичный, но приятный, не отвлекает от сути. Звуковое сопровождение ненавязчивое, идеально дополняет атмосферу сосредоточенности. 'Puzzle Cube' — отличный способ прокачать мозг и приятно провести время. Рекомендую всем любителям жанра!

"Puzzle Cube" is certainly one of the dumbest ideas to ever worsen Steam Direct, it's a Rubik's Cube. The patent expired in 2000, so this is legal. Also this is one of the worst Rubik's Cube ripoffs ever made, the developer couldn't even work out how to do 3D graphics so it's just a 2D cube and you can only see one face at a time. Imagine trying to be a game developer in 2023 and not knowing about 3D graphics or how they work. The ATI Rage came out in the mid 1990s, by the way, there's no excuse for this. What do you do in the game? It's a Rubik's Cube, but in 2D. The best thing to do with this game is uninstall it, quickly. The game is really simple and unambitious in terms of implementation, more of a tech demo or one of those cases where an amateur developer spends $100 to publish something on Steam Direct to see if it's possible. Yes, obviously it's possible. A proof of concept, tech demo, or something that's less than a little blip on the radar isn't offering anything truly valuable to gamers. The graphics aren't great, seriously just a 2D representation of one face of a Rubik's Cube puzzle. That's understandably a turn off for a lot of gamers, and it's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. You deserve better than compromises. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. This is "free" enough (not every "free" game in the "free" section is truly free, there's usually some hidden price tag), at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. In terms of public reception, this failed. There's over 130 million unique gamers visiting Steam every month. SteamDB showed the game peaked at [b]only 2 concurrent players[/b]... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? I think you should give this one a miss. Although it's free, your time and storage are valuable resources, and the market is filled with superior options.
