Most stories end with the death of the protagonist. For Xzus, death is where things started to get really interesting...

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's a decent experience considering it's only a dollar. It's HMM-esque gameplay but lacking polish, yet I still quite enjoyed it. That being said, I would suggest only picking this one up if you have exhausted the other better options out there or just want a cheap alternative.
Somewhat interesting premise and gameplay concept, but that's all good thing i can say about this game. There are some major problems such as, - The gameplay getting monotonous/repetitive quickly while also feel grinding. - Cluttered UI/UX. - The combat only let you use mouse where you waste some time click select character, choose action and optionally choose target of the action. - Story presented through wall of text and so far it's not interesting. Just spend your $1 for other great game when it's discount or look for similar free game either on Steam or other platform.

tam bir power-up hissiyatını yaşatan oyun.
Purgatory is short and simple in a way that reminds me of the flash games of my youth, some of which had RPG mechanics, party recruitment, etc. Those games were free-to-play passion projects, while this game is for sale. Does it have enough to justify any price tag? Well, the graphics are on point. The low-res RPG demon metal aesthetic comes across very well. I like the feeling of slaughtering enemies, especially when you manage to beef up to achieve OHKOs. The team management and field tactics are… present? Hmmm… I can’t really think of a lot of things I affirmatively like. I mostly just found the game accessible and cathartic, which can describe a lot of those disposable flash games. However, I can’t exactly call it an enriching experience. Gameplay is mostly just hitting the enemies until they’re dead. The physical/magic and melee/ranged split is why I say that tactics are “present,” but it’s a very thin layer of complexity. It’s mostly just tedious, as clicking the movement and attack buttons for each of your units requires twenty clicks per turn, while both allies and enemies block your sight of the hexagonal grid, causing the occasional mis-click or involuntary selection switch. As you play, your listening experience will include 2-3 tolerable battle music tracks, and 4-5 grating lines from the player character. This is mean of me, but I don’t want an undead demon general to sound like Solid Snake if he were the most boring pro wrestler. I think Purgatory’s biggest sin is its challenge, or lack thereof. I made a bad mistake early on by entering a too-challenging combat encounter and getting nearly wiped. Then I didn’t realize I had to sell units to make room to recruit more powerful units, so I didn’t realize I could change my team during most of the midgame. I still beat the game easily. Most encounters have a similar variety of enemies, so the only strategy I needed was to keep melee in front, heal with the player in the middle, and keep ranged in back. When I realized that you could replay old levels, that was the last nail in the coffin for the final boss. I unlocked just half of the skill tree (or 47/84, close enough), and it was cakewalk, no units lost. If you just want to lead an army of the… I guess not damned… deferred? Punished? If you want that, and you don’t mind doing a lot of clicking and repetition, it wouldn’t hurt that bad to check this game out, but I can think of a lot of better things to do with those $2 and 3-4 hours.
