Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 5 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Loved the game so far, definetely reccomended especially at such low price.
Bought this game nine months ago, and I can't get more than 20fps because the dev didn't consider that adding resolution settings in a very heavy game would be very wise. Worst part is that I opened a thread about it in the forums back then, but the devs never answered. They couldn't care less. You shouldn't either.

Developed by Tarba Paul Cornel and published by Galactic Crows, Psychopath Massacre is an indie psychological horror game that embraces classic survival horror principles while presenting them through a gritty VHS-inspired visual style. The game casts players as an unfortunate victim who awakens inside the home of George Dinescu, a ruthless Romanian serial killer whose residence has become a prison filled with gruesome reminders of his crimes. From the opening moments, the game establishes an atmosphere built on fear, uncertainty, and helplessness rather than relying solely on constant jump scares. Every room contributes to the unsettling narrative, encouraging players to piece together the horrifying situation through exploration while desperately searching for a way to escape. The gameplay revolves around exploration, environmental puzzles, stealth, and survival. Rather than equipping players with weapons or combat abilities, Psychopath Massacre forces them to rely on intelligence and caution. The killer constantly poses a threat, making every decision carry weight as players search for keys, solve puzzles, and unlock new areas without drawing unwanted attention. This approach creates genuine suspense because the player is always vulnerable, transforming even routine exploration into nerve-racking encounters. The addition of parkour-inspired movement sequences also introduces moments of urgency that break up the slower investigative sections, giving the adventure a satisfying sense of progression despite its relatively short length. One of the game's most distinctive features is its optional speech recognition mechanic. Players with a microphone can interact with the environment in unconventional ways, including using their own voice to distract or influence the killer's behavior. This mechanic adds another layer of immersion by making the player's real-world actions part of the survival experience. While the feature is not essential for completing the game, it demonstrates the developer's willingness to experiment with ideas that separate Psychopath Massacre from many other independent horror releases. Combined with the stealth mechanics, it reinforces the feeling that every sound can have consequences. Visually, the game fully commits to its retro horror identity. The VHS filter, grainy presentation, distorted image quality, and dark environments successfully recreate the atmosphere of found-footage horror films from decades past. Instead of chasing realistic graphics, the game uses limited visibility and eerie lighting to amplify the player's imagination, allowing tension to build naturally. The environmental design complements this style with blood-stained rooms, disturbing decorations, and believable household interiors that gradually reveal the killer's disturbing lifestyle. Strong sound design further enhances the experience through unsettling ambient noises, sudden audio cues, and moments of complete silence that make every unexpected sound feel significant. Although the campaign is designed as a compact horror experience, the game offers reasons to return after completing it. Multiple difficulty options challenge players to master its mechanics, while successful runs reward coins that can be spent in an in-game shop to unlock additional customization options. Steam achievements further encourage replayability by motivating players to uncover secrets and complete optional objectives. These systems help extend the game's value without artificially increasing its runtime, making repeat playthroughs feel purposeful rather than repetitive. Psychopath Massacre is not without shortcomings. Its relatively brief duration may leave some players wanting a longer and more elaborate story, while the straightforward puzzle design may feel too accessible for veterans of the genre. As an independent production, minor technical issues can occasionally appear, and the game's scope remains limited compared to larger-budget horror titles. However, these drawbacks are balanced by a focused vision that rarely wastes the player's time. Instead of stretching its ideas thin, the game concentrates on delivering a memorable and consistently tense escape scenario. Overall, Psychopath Massacre succeeds because it understands the appeal of classic survival horror while introducing a few creative ideas of its own. The combination of oppressive atmosphere, relentless tension, environmental storytelling, stealth-focused gameplay, and innovative microphone interaction creates an experience that remains engaging from beginning to end. Players looking for a concise but effective horror adventure filled with suspense, disturbing imagery, and psychological pressure will likely appreciate what it offers. While it may not redefine the genre, it delivers an entertaining and frightening experience that demonstrates the potential of indie horror when atmosphere and gameplay work together effectively. Rating: 6/10
Love to support indie developers and I wrote this reviews as a feedback. first of all, I love the atmosphere. the house really feels like a place where psychopath manics would live. love the VHS filter and adding the voice acting of the survivor and voice detector is what makes this stands out from Granny and most of the games like this. However I have an issue with the camera movement. I really love playing this type of games but this one got me feeling dizzy because of how the camera moves in the game. I don't think I could ever play this game over 10 minutes each time I try to play. I understand this game is developed by a single person and I respect it. Also I know some people would love this type of camera movements but I hope to see a setting to tweak with the way camera works. [UPDATE] my bad, I saw the camera smoothness on/off button on pause menu. Now it doesn't make me feel dizzy anymore. I bought the Christmas mutilator too. Also excited to play it. Keep up the good work.
- Nothing special but nice little old slasher movie stylish puzzle/survival/escape room horror style of game. entertaining to play through couple of times. - Otherwise positive review but I give a negative review because microphone stuff don`t work in my game, main menu show that one microphone is active but nothing works in game i tried hours changing different mic settings on windows/steam etc. on my corsair HS65 headset and then trying to use my phone as a mic as a test but nothing works and my corsair headset mic always working in other games and voice chats but not in this. - Not big deal otherwise but some secrets and achievements you need to use the mic so very disappointing/frustrating.
Прикольная игра, но я вообще не знаю как её пройти без режима невидимки.
Game is only 5 bucks and i still feel ripped off
