About
Protocol Non-Human is a first-person horror experience of atmospheric paranoia. Set within a paranormal zone border, the game immerses you in a tactile, bureaucratic nightmare where every second counts and a single mistake could let something inhuman through the gates.

The gameplay is a distressing fusion of deduction and survival horror. As a Border Inspector, you are tasked with identifying NON-HUMAN entities attempting to escape the Zone before the bombing. The work is precise and unforgiving: scan identification papers and search for the biological cracks in a "Skinwalker’s" disguise.
Trust the manual not the thing behind the glass. Protocols evolve every day. Learn the rules, or you won't survive the shift.

The world is the interface. Every action is a physical, in-world interaction. From the satisfying rustle of sliding documents to the resistance of a manual lever every interaction is designed to ground you in your job.

Atmosphere you can feel. From the rhythmic rain on your reinforced glass to the uncanny faces in the darkness every environment is crafted to immerse you in a world that feels uncomfortably real.
A Note from the Developer
I am a 20-year-old solo developer creating Protocol Non-Human and this game is my attempt to create something that stays with you. This project is deeply inspired by the indie classics that first drew me to game development, like Papers, Please and Five Nights at Freddy’s.
My goal is to deliver an experience that is immersive, feels like an active investigation, and is utterly unsettling.
Thank you for following the development and for being part of this journey.
