Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Jul 31 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Project Songbird is a first-person cinematic narrative psychological horror game from Conner Rush and his studio FYRE Games, the developer behind the critically praised games Summerland and We Never Left (from Dread X Collection 5). Take control of Dakota, a career musician who, amidst writer's block, decides to isolate themself in a cabin in the remote Appalachian forest in order to record their next album. Take in this gripping tale, explore the natural environment and haunting dreamscapes, and fight to survive in this short horror experience.

A dark, enthralling 4-5 hour narrative to keep you hooked and guessing until the end.
Gorgeous visuals as you traverse numerous and diverse environments, presented with a cinematic, film-like aesthetic.
Ranged and melee combat with upgradeable weapons to help you survive your nightmarish journey
A stellar voice cast, starring Valerie Rose Lohman (What Remains of Edith Finch, Wolfenstein: Youngblood), Jonah Scott (Dying Light 2: Stay Human, Date Everything), and Aleks Le (Persona 3: Reload, Marvel Rivals, Ghost of Yotei)
A beautifully dynamic and haunting soundtrack composed and performed by Jacob Noska, and Jonah Henthorne: members of the band Auric Echoes

Hi, everyone! This is Conner. I just wanted to briefly say thank you for checking out my game and an extra special thank you to anyone who's supported me in any way throughout the creation of it. This is by far the most personal game I've ever made, and I think that'll be easy to see for anybody who plays through it. Much of the process for making this game involved just trying a bunch of weird ideas, and I think that, in the end, it all came together really well. No matter what, I'm proud of it, and I'm very happy to have made it. I hope it can help you in the way that it's helped me. Thank you!
Feel free to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns. Just keep in mind that I'm a solo developer and will respond to the best of my ability :)
This game is still actively in development. Information on this page is subject to change as the game's development progresses further.

Reviews
I loved this experience from start to finish. As a creative, I related deeply to the themes, and loved getting a "peek behind the curtain" of how personal it was to Conner (the dev). The way it combined different art forms throughout was unique and refreshing. Even though there wasn't a lot of variety in the enemies, the challenges they presented always felt new based on the environments, and the Toothman (I think it was called?) has horrifying sound design, in the best way. The puzzles were challenging but not punishing. I look forward to playing it again to get an even deeper understanding of some of the elements I'm sure went over my head the first round.
I really enjoyed this game! Not to complicated to complete with a great message in the end!

Fun game, creepy atmosphere and no cheap jump scares..
my GOD this game is amazing. the story is well told, the characters are believable, And the plot is superb.
feels good
I really enjoyed the game. Had a very nice spooky vibe with a lot of good jump scares. The story was enjoyable but it was distracting how much the developer wanted to interject into the game. I would have preferred those aspects to be extras/behind the story concept. I was also asked, in game, to rate the game when I had only been playing for about 10 minutes. I hadn't played it enough to know if I liked it at the point.
si vous avais du temps faite ce jeu ! il est vraiment cool surtout l'histoire !!
Good game & Story but Dakota should have just snorted a ♥♥♥♥ ton of Cocaine and the entire game would have been averted
Wow, this was a game I’m happy to have played. I enjoyed the story and the meta narrative, and can definitely relate to the loss of passion. Sure, the combat was a bit frustrating, but I thought the way it’s discussed later was a nice touch.
NICE STORY ITS A HORROR FORSHO
